Food was so so Had trouble with electricity on the first day Restaurants all closed early 7-11 stop selling alcohol after 10 Lounge is inadequate and doesnt serve food outside certain time (5-6.30) The staff was good though just at times feels the hotel is understaffed as they handle both mercure and novotel.

First time have bad experince stay at singapore novotel, iam a platinum member, everytime i travel in indonesia, sydney, singapore swisshotel n fairmont they always upgrade my room, the staff sabrina say my room was be upgrade, but they lie 1st & 2nd night, until the last day they move my room at 10 floor after we complaint, so please dont lie to customer if u didnt upgrade my room the u say already upgrade.
