We held our wedding banquet at Novotel @ Stevens and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to contact throughout the planning process. On the actual day, everything ran smoothly — the team was attentive and professional, ensuring that our guests were well taken care of. Many of our guests complimented the food and service, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Our 2-night stay at the hotel was also very pleasant — the rooms were comfortable, and the service continued to be excellent throughout. Highly recommend Novotel @ Stevens for both events and stays!

It’s so very nice to be back in an Asian Accor Hotel, after 4 weeks of sub standard German Accor hotels. I was greeted by the wonderful Sabrina CHUA in the executive floor for check in and she was fantastic! Sabrina and her colleague were just so very welcoming and warm, its head & shoulders above our German Accor experiences. Sabrina and her colleague really made me feel that My Platinum status at Accor is worth the status.
