Home and Hotel words start by a H. Both words are naturally linked. Attention given by Thava, Glenn, Sofia and the others (that I still do not know their names) at Privilege club is sensational. Feeling being never too far from home (although 10000km far), this is what this lovely group of people creates. Highly recommended! And this hotel and it's crew are able to maintain this friendly feeling in every corner of the Home. Merci beaucoup!

A wonderful Mecure in a lovely setting and surroundings .Lovely pool and facilities .Shuttle bus to rain great Wonderful helpful staff . Aron Chong at the ACCOR Live Desk was outstanding in his ability to assist us .Noting was too much trouble Great short 4 day stay on the way to London

Staff were great. The free bus into Orchard road was a real bonus as in the 32 degree heat it was just too far to walk. The lap pool was exceptional, our room was surprisingly small for a four star hotel, but the real downer was the quality of the food at Winestone. Very very disappointing.

Stayed here for 4-nights vacation with my sister. The hotel is about a 30 minute taxi/uber ride from Changi airport. It is located along stevens rd, in the same building as Novotel on Stevens. The hotel is accessible to public transport with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. It is far off from Stevens MRT, but the hotel provides shuttle services to the said area. Ubfortunately, we weren't able to try this as we usually leave early in the morning and come back late at night. We stayed in a privilege twin bed room. It was small, but enough for 2 people. We had with us a carry on luggage (placed on a small side table) and a medium sized luggage (placed on the foldable luggage rack). If you happen to have bigger, or more luggages, it will be bit difficult to move around. Other than that, our room is always attended to by housekeeping and it is always clean. Food-wise, breakfast was great! Options are plenty with different cuisines here and there, albeit minimal daily variety. I'd like to mention the service at privilege lounge. Glen welcomed us on check-in, while Sofia attended to us on check-out. Both staff have very great communication skills and they attended to us in cases we needed assistance/tips when going around SG. Great service! They have an amazing pool that look so nice and can be viewed from the breakfast area on the 2nd floor but we weren't also able to use it due to our packed schedule. Will definitely revisit!
