I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Steven’s and the service truly stood out. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, especially THE CLIENT SERVICE TEAM AT THE RECEPTION, who were always warm and attentive. A special mention to PHARSHAN at the concierge. He went above and beyond to help me plan and book my travel to Malaysia and was always available to assist with taxis whenever I needed to head out for activities. Their genuine care, patience, and professionalism made my stay smooth and stress free. I felt well supported throughout and would absolutely recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure on Stevens. Even though it’s a little outside the main attractions, the location worked well for us — the nearest MRT station is about a 15‑minute walk, and there’s also a regular shuttle bus which made getting around easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide range of both Western and Asian options. We used the pool once and had it completely to ourselves; the partially submerged loungers were a fun touch and perfect for dipping our feet in. A great base for exploring Singapore and somewhere we’d happily stay again
