Loved the short stay. Room was cozy with a sheer touch of luxury. Everything is so clean and designed well and simply loved the room. Pool was soooo nice will be perfect with sunshine. Lounge service was beautiful with small variety of food but very good coffee, infused water and attentive services! Thank you Vita and team it was a good place for catch up with the friends. Love Suren’s smile and smart appearance each time we return. Loved the stay and the room. Will come back again! Thanks guys.

Ngo and CK are awesome folks. Great restaurant. Food Exchange at Novotel at Stevens. The oysters are from Hokkaido and the lobsters are served either fresh or cooked as a dish. Overall, the experience is fantastic. The restaurant itself is relatively small but it makes up with the selection.

Good ballroom for edu expo events

Held an event with Novotel Singapore on Stevens mid November for an expo/conference. The hotel ballroom was well-furbished, well-lit, central location that was perfect for our guests. The staff were so accommodating to us and were so efficient in handling all our requests on that day. Special shoutout to Wei Ling, Jasmine and Hue Chin for being there with us every step of the way to ensure our event went by smoothly and without a hitch.

Last two days, we had an event in hotel. Mr Raymond and Ms Kat banquet manager in incharge of our event, they done great job, we are really appreciated the way they done it. Thank you so much. Decent stay, if fairly 'standard'.

Not a bad hotel, but very busy and a long delay to get checked in - not sure why it took such a long time... Rooms were fine if decorated rather 'eclectically' with bright colours in the room. Clean and comfortable however. WiFi coverage quite good throughout. Location not too far from Orchard road, and although a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT, there was a bus stop right outside. Only had breakfast there, which was fine if rather uninspired. Can't comment on other outlets as no need to eat at the hotel when in Singapore! Staff fairly helpful with looking after luggage and arranging changing facilities after cheeck out. A fairly typical business hotel, and will likely return.
