Held my wedding here last weekend, on days leading up to the wedding, kudos to our wedding coordinator Melvin Chan for going the extra miles to accommodate to our requests. A lot of things won’t be possible without his help. Our banquet manager, Saran also made sure that things ran smoothly during both food tasting and banquet. Saran was always friendly, helpful and on the ball during the whole event. Appreciated it! The only downside was the communication between front desk and other departments. Apart from that, we truly enjoyed hosting our wedding here

Our team recently held an offsite brainstorming session at Novotel Singapore on Stevens, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the incredible team: Mel, Jasmine, Derrick, Rachel, and Hue Chin. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. The venue provided the perfect environment for creativity and collaboration, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Thank you to the Novotel Singapore team and we highly recommend this hotel.

Went for a team bonding seminar, had a 3 course lunch at Food Exchange, service and food were superb! Shoutout to Derrick, Jasmine and Chef Ken for the hospitality and also the wonderful food provided. The ballroom provided for us to held our seminar was also well equipped!

My husband & I stayed at Mercure on Stevens in Singapore which is incorporated with Novotel, excellent stay, fabulous staff treated special. We are Platanim members so the lounge on the 10th floor of Novotel was available to us. Oh!! Special the food, drinks, very nice & our special person who served us was Anand, he just made us feel so comfortable & nothing was too much trouble, outstanding!!

We had our meeting and food tasting today. Nice food, environment, and excellent services. Especially Derrick Chan. Provides good service and helpful.
