We had a very good experience overall. The staff were genuinely hospitable, and the restaurant manager, Marcus, really went out of his way to surprise us for our anniversary—which I had completely forgotten I mentioned in the reservation. That thoughtful gesture truly made our evening special. The food was average but fresh, and overall it was a lovely evening.

Again, Accor chain hotel has failed to do their work properly. Came back to my room at 1630 hrs only to find that no housekeeping was done. Called and spoke with the duty manager and was given excuses that housekeeping only starts after 1300 hrs. To me, it's not an excuse. If you don't sufficient people to clean the room, just hire more and solve the problem. Not give excuses and tell me all this nonsense. It's already very frustrated to come back after a long day of work to find the room is not ready and yet have to listen to this defensive statement. 2 more nights to go. Hopefully, no more unpleasant events going to happen. And to the hotel rep that is going to read and reply, please don't just carbon copy saying this is this up to your standard. Sorry bla bla bla....show some sincerity. dont expect people to come back again and give you another chance. buckle up and wake up!

I had a very comfortable stay at Novotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities you’d need for a short stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really made the experience pleasant. A special mention to the food service manager, Mohamad — he was extremely warm, caring, and genuinely attentive, which stood out. The breakfast buffet was nice overall, with good-quality options, but it did feel quite repetitive over multiple days. While the food itself was good, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. One small issue to note is that the food labels were occasionally incorrect, which could be inconvenient for some guests, especially those with dietary restrictions. That said, this is a solid hotel with great service, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend Novotel for a pleasant and reliable stay.

Perfect for a short stay!

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay: clean, spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast with plenty of options for Europeans 😉 Great pool for relaxing after a long day or a refreshing morning swim. Close to the city centre, no direct MRT, but excellent bus connections make getting around easy. Special thanks to Agnes and the great breakfast team ☺️

Nice and clean room for staying 4 nights here. Good location for lots of sightseeing places. Great service from Arjun and Jixiang for our room cleaning.
