Excellent airport hotel. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Love the bathtub in the bathroom, especially after a long international flight. Good view from high floors. Restaurant & room service food is delicious. Room service was delivered hot & fast. Highly recommend the Wagyu Rump Cap Steak & the Miso Glazed Eggplant - both were amazing. Lot of coffee & tea provided in room, including a coffee machine with pods. Already booked to stay again in the future.

This was my 11th stay at this hotel and the most disappointing. I am a long term Accor member and have been a long term Pullman fan but honestly what has happened to this hotel???? The reception staff were so disinterested in us, there was no concierge to assist us with luggage, the milk in the fridge had been left over from a previous guest, no one (and I mean NO ONE) answers the phone - be it reception, housekeeping, the restaurant or room service. Eventually room service answered after repeated calls everywhere else and we were given fresh milk by a very grumpy staff member who informed us we should have rung housekeeping! We had a comfortable suite and access to the Executive Lounge (and do not bother with that as it is poorly stocked and not staffed - surprise, surprise). Breakfast in the morning was also perfunctory - crowded, no coffee service on request, very stock standard. I am actually quite sad because I have always loved this Pullman and now it seems it has gone the way of Sydney Airport Pullman and is in reality a four star hotel wearing a five star disguise. Next time we may as well save the cash and stay next door at the Ibis - the service would be comparable. For the way we felt at the Pullman, it was just a place to sleep, rather than the last relaxed night of our trip. On the bright side, the rooms were quiet, the hot shower was welcome and the bed comfortable. But I can get that elsewhere for half the price.

Absolutely best place to stay after a flight , lovely staff and great food..we felt refreshed and ready for our holiday after the stay…lovely restaurant nice food, and great coffees, definitely recommended. Very helpful staff all wanting to do their job

Hôtel de bon standing, un peu à l'écart de l'aéroport. L'accès se fait depuis l'aéroport par bus et en marchant, ou bien avec la navette de l'hôtel moyennant un petit supplément. Style moderne. Chambres propres, bien tenues, accueil professionnel et sympathique.

Pullman d.une médiocrité désolante qui ose se faire passer pour un 5 étoiles….chambre agréable mais bar,restaurant très bas de gamme avec un personnel du même niveau Vraiment pas un bon représentant du groupe Accor
