If you want to keep telling yourself .. "its ok" cause something else that was promised doesn't happen this is an ok choice. We arrived and I asked about the airport shuttle -- oh we don't have one the mall does, yet when we checked out he was booking one for a guest and also told them times and pricing. Then we go to go up to the room ---- the lady runs across and says "oh oh the keys don't work you cant go on your own." It seemed every single time we had to go to the room it was that we needed to be escorted. I went (I think they missed me .. by myself one time) and the key worked just fine. Since returning I have sent 4 emails .. with space in between to allow for a response asking about a forgotten bag. BEFORE staying they sent emails almost instantly... now after staying .. nothing. The area at the pool also is some of the most slippery tile. I had to place my shoes literally on the stairs because if I didnt I would have slipped and hurt myself. If you have a little one please please be careful.

Convenient for flying out of Brisbane, the staff were friendly and efficient, however I expected more for the price point. The room felt more motel than hotel. First, lighting was terrible, dim and had to turn on reading lights on the bed to see well enough to pack. The mattress was terrible and should be replaced (was longing for the mattress in the Air BNB I had just checked out of), and the pool area needs a redo. The pool is nice but why have stools and no loungers or plants? It felt very institutional and I doubt anyone sits on those stools so it is seems to be a waste of space and furniture. Gym area could also use a refresh, and possibly expanded given all that unused space. Also, likely me, but could not adjust ac and have it stay, it kept reverting to 22 degrees after I lowered the temperature. Would stay elsewhere next time given the feeling I was paying for a name only and not what I would expect from this hotel brand.

Dear Bart, Thank you for your honest feedback. We have reviewed this room and will be looking at the mattress and lights being upgraded with our upgrade program currently underway. I appreciate your comments in regards to the pool area, as this has currently been an ongoing renovation after being closed for 3 years. Now that the pool is open, we will be finalising the soft furnishings as the next stage of the program commences. Stella the team leader of the cleaning team. She is just amazing, super helpful with assisting me change rooms when the room I was given smelt really bad like sewage. The women at the desk was helpful once Stella confirmed the issues. Hotel is basic, especially for the price.

s' ochtends om 05:00h geland en volgende vlucht 20:45h dezelfde dag. Dit hotel staat dicht bij de internationale luchthaven van Brisbane en is gratis te bereiken door een shuttle bus. Het is een modern hotel en zeer rustig, mooie kamers en een uitstekend bed en goede toiletvoorzieningen. Ik heb dit hotel niet vooraf geboekt en op de bonnefooi bezocht. De kamer was €85,- , ondanks dat ik er dan niet 24 uur in verbleef absoluut de moeite waard. Ik vervolgde uitgerust aan het einde van de dag mijn volgende vlucht

Zeer fris en brandschoon. Geweldige service en goed geprijsd restaurant met eten van uitstekende kwaliteit. De kamer was ruim, mooi ingericht en brandschoon. Zeer rustig, het zwembad was op onze verdieping. Ik rook niet maar anderen wel, moeilijk om een plek te vinden waar ze een sigaret konden roken. Ik zou het hotel aanbevelen, maar vooral als een tussenstop voor een internationale vluchttransfer die 's morgens vroeg vertrekt. Topplek.
