I stay regularly at Ibis Tuzla over last 3 years - it is conveniently located vs airport Sabiha Gokcen, good room space and furnishing, playground and several restaurants at the hotel. Unfortunately this time TV switched on 2 times at 3 a.m. that disrupted my sleep

- I do not like to see hotel dog in the lobby - Silicon become brown/black in the showers

Buse and Alican were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was diverse. The only missing thing is what made me originally choose the hotel and sadly I do not want to come again if it is not fixed: the gym needs serious repairing and refurbishing. Broken equipment, as well as cheap, unstable equipment...I thought there would have been a reliable gym but sadly no. I do not want to visit again if this is not fixed and am sure this is important also to the other guests, that was a common concern shared with the other guests I saw in the gym. The hotel management should invest in re-equipping and maintaining the gym.

We booked a nonsmoking room, but upon arrival, the room was filled with cigarette odor. This is unacceptable
