Great hotel near Sabina airport

Due to a flight delay we were put up at the hotel. Super smooth check in, amazing staff and managed to get us rooms side by side as we travelled with kids. Great buffet selection for lunch and Dinner. Our daughter had a birthday and restaurant staff (lead by a very friendly manager who even had a connect 4 game with our son!) looked after her, made her a cake and made it special. Thank you Team Ibis you made our stay amazing giving a stressful situation of flight delay!

The worst experience in Turkey!

Very bad experience, they only operate hot AC, the room is too small, when i asked them to have ventilation as the room is so hot, they told me to open the windows or to check out as there is no technician to fix the AC!!! I left in less than 1 hour with a promise from the receptionist that no charges would be added, then i found charges for 2 days however the promise they made, they asked me to check out then they charged me for their mistake!!!!!

I stay regularly at Ibis Tuzla over last 3 years - it is conveniently located vs airport Sabiha Gokcen, good room space and furnishing, playground and several restaurants at the hotel. Unfortunately this time TV switched on 2 times at 3 a.m. that disrupted my sleep
