This is a very good airport hotel. The rooms are lovely and we has a corner suite on the top floor. Just amazing views, and space to sort suitcases! Very comfortable. Service was very good, friendly and efficient. Nice touch was a free sort of happy hour, which seemed to generate a friendly hum in the bar/restaurant area in the early evening.

The go too for all trips

We often stay here for Sydney based events or when traveling either domestic or international. The hotel is always neat clean and well appointed and the staff never fail with all the great services provided. Platinum membership ensures a few extras - including lounge drinks and canapés - that are always delivered and sometimes requests over and above are filled without issues. Some other Accors in Aus could lift their game - many dropped a lot of privileges during COVID19 understandably and never reinstated them yet charge way more than ever before - so they also lost my business. Nothing is a problem at the Pullman Airport - special thank you to Arthur who made an effort to assist us with a special need - no issues and of course Jen - what a classic bar staff member!!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, we had a suite on the 12th floor, overlooking te airport, as well as other sights. Very little if any noise from planes. We arrived at 6.15, with the complimentary lounge drinks and canapes about to go off at 6.30, staff quickly checked us i and sent our luggage to our room, allowing us time for a refreshing drink. The snacks were fresh and plentiful with a decent variety. Bed was extremely comfortable

Have stayed twice now, great hotel, the staff are amazing and very helpful. Clues to the either domestic or International airport. Did stay elsewhere once but now will only stay at the Pullman.
