Cannot get hold of anyone via phone or online discusting service being that there is none trying ring them 24 / 7 for over 5 days no one answers the phone at all ridiculous evan other ibis motels can not get hold of them They are a joke I contacted ibis darling harbour they tried to contact and could not despite them saying they were open appalling do not stay there at all terrible

A Reasonably Priced Hotel for a Night Near the Airport

Booked this last minute for a one night layover when I had to depart Brisbane unexpectedly due to Cyclone Alfred. I am rating this four stars because I got exactly what I expected and paid for. A cheap, comfortable room, located a 10-15 minute walk from SYD domestic terminals 2 and 3. As folks note the place shows some wear and tear in elevators, wall paint, and the like but the room was clean as was the bathroom. Some folks complained about AC noise but mine was quiet in fact quieter than the 5 start hotels I stayed at the night before and night after. The hotel next door has a restaurant and there is a McDonalds immediately behind the hotel. My one minor nit for some is it is next the airport, a busy road and next to an industrial area thus there are some outside noises in the room (it is certainly less sound proofed than some other (more expensive) airport hotels I have stayed at but I carry ear plugs and used those and had a very solid night's sleep).

We stayed in a classic triple room for 1 night. Although not a big room, the bed was comfortable, wifi was free and it was all we needed for a short overnight stay. Close to domestic airport (walk less than 15 minutes) and fast food close by. I would stay again when needing to overnight close to airport.

Does the job before an early flight.

Return customer. Not fancy, small rooms but clean and comfortable. Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay before an early flight. One unusual feature is the hand wash pump being affixed in a really awkward spot… right under the little bench so that it’s really difficult to use. Other than that I had no issues.

It's a budget hotel close to the T2 domestic terminal, and it definitely serves its purpose. Small, very basic, but clean room with a comfortable bed. They apparently have an airport shuttle for $12 but it's an easy 10 minutes walk to T2 which is all I wanted.
