Good value good refill food nice ambiance fun for my kids. My kids love the horse riding, zoo, and movie room. Nice to visit next time

Hello! This is our several-time staying here, and we always choose the Family Room (Room 506). The room is spacious and clean; however, the soap dispenser was nearly empty, which was disappointing. The room itself is very family-friendly. Regarding the food: We had dinner at the Ibis restaurant. We loved the sirloin steak and would definitely come back for it—the 'well-done' prep was just right! The garlic chicken wings were also an 8/10—very crispy and delicious. However, the oxtail soup was underwhelming; the meat was tough, and the broth was quite plain and not hot enough, so I had to ask for salt. For breakfast, I felt some items weren't very fresh. I'd suggest using fresher ingredients for the donuts, suki, and soto to improve the flavor. The porridge was also a bit too salty. On the bright side, I loved the nasi goreng at the buffet! Keep improving the food, Ibis Hotel!"
