I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I went to Novotel with family to celebrate my birthday. Their staff help my wife to prepare things inside my room. The breakfast was okay, maybe Hotel can add fresh sashimi or other main course to fullfil guests expectation. Special thanks for the hospitality from ms Nina (at Meranti restaurant), outstanding, helpful, and best staff there. Love and wish to come back to Novotel Bogor

The atmosphere in this hotel is very cool and the rooms are also very comfortable. There are many facilities that we can use too there is a mini zoo and also a gym the bathroom is clean and fragrant There are many green plants that are healthy for the eyes thank you for ka elina
