Horrible, disgusting and cheap

Awful, pictures are not a true reflection of this cheap "budget" hotel. One elevator holds 2 people and 6 pieces of luggage. The "free" meal from the airline was noodles, red sauce, lettuce, beans, and chocolate cake. No toiletries were provided. smallest rooms ever. The restaurant had two people working and was packed even after 9 pm, and refused to make more food.

Overall all low quality, it’s like sleeping in a school dorm. Washroom sink backed up, one of two elevators not working which caused a lot of delays for people checking in. Carpet looked grimy. On the other hand bed was good, room was generally clean. Booked a family suite and beds and pillows were comfortable.

It’s OK, although now branded Ibis Budget the legacy of Travelodge is still very apparent. Friendly reception staff, totally disinterested restaurant/bar staff. There are only two lifts which is not great at the best of times but currently only one works so queuing and waiting part of the experience. Beds are comfortable and room decor nice enough.

Charged twice for the same stay, after 6 months, not refunding back my money!! Avoid!!!

This is the worst hotel I stayed in. I paid for my stay successfuly at th checkout in December 2023 but hotel charged me agin for the same stay in June 2024 (240 GBP). It's been almost a month and I haven't received my money back. Hotel is not responding to my emails and blames it on 3rd party card processing company. Poor communication, poor custoimer service, avoid!!!!

Bodde her en natt i forbindelse med en flyvning på Heathrow og hotellet leverte veldig bra til en brøkdel av prisen som de andre hotellene rundt tok. Stort rom, god seng og en flott beliggenhet. Det går en shuttlebuss til/fra hotellet og terminalbygningen. Hotellet har en restaurant hvor man får kjøpt enkel mat, men det er også noen restauranter og butikker i nærheten. Anbefales!
