Horrible service

Had one of the WORST experiences at their in house restaurant. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for two frozen burgers. We tried to ask about our food multiple times over this period and were completely blown off by the staff. It took over an hour for the staff to say that it wasn’t put in the system, which I don’t understand since we brought up the issue on many occasions. When I brought up this complaint with the staff again, I was told “Do you want a refund or food?” in the most unapologetic way possible. As someone in food service, I think the total lack of empathy and understanding is utterly mind numbing. Not a single member of staff even acknowledged their fault and acted as if we were the ones who failed to put in the order. If I could give it a lower review I would.

Bathroom awful

The bathroom so dirty and slippery. Please clean it! Other than that it's okay. I kept slipping and hurt my leg trying to get into the shower. First time in London so I'm not surprised I have no idea how to use anything at all. But I would say to add something for people to know how to turn the shower on.

Excellent customer service

Basic but very clean room and very comfortable beds and pillows . Staying for business purposes and despite aircraft going over at less than 1000ft , absolutely zero noise ! Slept like a log ! No iron or hairdryer in room but am sure probably available at reception . Plenty of tea/ coffee in the room . Check in staff incredibly friendly and helpful especially Japinder . I left a bag at reception having checked in very late in the evening . Japinder retrieved the bag and took it to my room . Fantastic customer service ! Thank you . For a basic budget hotel on the periphery of LHR this hotel fulfilled all my requirements.

You won’t sleep

If you are hoping to get a good night sleep before your flight, don’t stay here. The doors into the corridor bang all night long and can be heard in the bedrooms making it impossible to sleep. We will pay a bit more next time to stay in a different hotel for the luxury of a few hours sleep. This next comment is not the hotels fault but why aren’t guests in airport hotels more respectful and try to keep the noise down in bedroom areas?

Bodde her en natt i forbindelse med en flyvning på Heathrow og hotellet leverte veldig bra til en brøkdel av prisen som de andre hotellene rundt tok. Stort rom, god seng og en flott beliggenhet. Det går en shuttlebuss til/fra hotellet og terminalbygningen. Hotellet har en restaurant hvor man får kjøpt enkel mat, men det er også noen restauranter og butikker i nærheten. Anbefales!
