Much better hotel than expected. Good room and good food. Only downside was the hot air heating system in room that was noisy and not very warm. Overall well worth it the hotel is ideal for the Heathrow airport for the price and will definitely return

This hotel is very conveniently-located for Heathrow Airport due to it being served by Hoppa Bus H2D from Terminals 2 & 3 and there is also a bus to and from Terminal 5. The cost is currently £6.80 one way or there are public transport buses you can take from the street too for under £2. I have stayed over the years in many Ibis budget hotels in various countries and found this one to be a cut above the rest. The receptionist kindly gave me a quiet room at the end of the corridor where I could hear next to no noise. The room was very clean and even included an iron and ironing board. Otherwise, there was a very comfortable double bed, a large TV, a kettle with tea/coffee-making facilities, aircon/heater with adjustable temperature, a shower inside a bath tub, plenty of towels and some shower gel and liquid soap. The hotel has a restaurant which serves a good buffet breakfast for £12.50. It's a shame the price isn't lower. However, the room was very economical at £42. I was very satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel room was dull and lifeless without any character and the location was hard to reach and almost middle of nowhere. One of the most inconvenient locations you can be in the Heathrow area. The room remained cold as the temperature could not be set higher than 19 and the wi-fi connectivity was outrageously weak. However, what tops the experience is the unacceptable behavior of the Indian manager of the hotel. I reserved the hotel with a card and wanted to pay in cash since it was not mentioned in the reservation that they do not accept cash. Note that the reservation confirmation email did not mention the no cash policy. They claimed that this policy is on their website and apparently, they expect all guests to read that policy before checking in. The Indian manager threatened to cancel my reservation during my checkin around midnight today. This is highly unacceptable because I did not deny to pay by card but wanted to pay by cash and asked why the no cash policy is not mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Can Accor please arrange some customer service training for their uncooperative, ill-mannered and insolent manager at their earliest convenience? They do not show minimum courtesy to their guests. I have written a complaint to Accor as well so that some corrective actions are taken and will follow up on the same. Don't be fooled by the low rates that this hotel offers. You will understand why that is so if you interact with the reception. Avoid this hotel like plague!!
