Rather dated hotel made good by wonderful service. Kudos to Ms Wanyth and Mr Samuel of Kwee Zeen restaurant for an excellent service.

Staycation away from the city

We had a great staycation for a family of four. Kids love the place and was excited to find peacocks, and they love the fish spa! We had a very spacious room which is very comfy for the kids. Check in was fuss free and breakfast was nice, with appearance of peacock as well! Special thanks to Justin for arranging such a nice room! Thank you to the lobby team as well. Princess that did our check-in Jack and Daniel from the concierge! Robert bellman that send us all the way to the room Rai bellman that assisted us to the beach Thank you and kids will be back!

Great place for staycation

Stayed at this great hotel on 14-16 Nov 2025. A great thanks to the House Keeping team, especially to Ms Vivian Siu whom put in so much effort in the decorations of the room. Was WOW by the rooms’s decoration, very elegantly setup up. Even though it wasn’t mentioned in the booking that this is for a birthday staycation, Vivian noticed it was for someone’s (Accor Member) birthday and she made sure that the room allocated was to our preference. It’s located to our usual area and quiet as always. She also came and make sure we are comfortable with the arrangement. We had our seafood buffet dinner at Kwee Zeen. Julie and Penny took great care of us and also checked on us whether did we had a great dinner. Had a short chat with them and noticed their passion in the service sector.

Short getaway

If you wish to get away from the bustling city life. I recommend this hotel . Cosy and comfortable . They have all the resort amenities that you want . Spa is just a 5-10 mins walk from the hotel cutting across Raffles hotel. Service staff is great in this hotel and you feel relax and comfortable . Do lookout for some of the friendly staff that is walking around . Ms Vivian the housekeeping director. She recognize most of the house guests. And very warming to all. Peter super warmth and friendly Alson swing by the pool and you will see a cheerful him making drinks 🍷 . Rochelle at the front counter bubbly young lady

Celebrated our anniversary over the weekend. Had createded memories and the staff made it all the more special. Special shout out to Princess at check in Jai ans Steven at concierge Peter at breakfast. Also the rest of the staff who made this a memorable event right down to details in the room.
