The room has had a very uncomfortable atmosphere, and felt rather dark and oppressive. The air conditioning smelled very unpleasant and had probably not been cleaned for a long time. Only the breakfast and great hall downstairs with the reception were ok. That's why we can't recommend it.

Al momento del check-in, se nos asignó una habitación adaptada para personas con discapacidad, la cual no habíamos solicitado. Además, cuando solicitamos el cambio a una habitación estándar, la señorita de la recepción de la tarde (por cierto muy mal agestada) y con poco entusiasmo por intentar solucionarlo, de hecho nos recalcó que no habría solución, hasta que un personal muy amable nos logró solucionar la disputa. Consideramos que esta situación resultó incómoda y no corresponde de parte de la recepción

Estimado Hector, Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Lamentamos sinceramente la situación vivida y, en especial, la forma en que fue atendido en la recepción. Este no es el nivel de servicio que nos esforzamos por ofrecer, y sus comentarios ya fueron compartidos con el equipo para que se tomen las medidas necesarias. Fue una estadía corta, lastima que no incluyen el estacionamiento, de todas formas fue muy económico.
