Gym is not practical at Level 25 not a good feeling. No face towel provided in the room.

I stayed with my family x4 from 10-13Mar in a 2 bedroom family room. Before booking I contacted the hotel to obtain the best rates and rooms. The hotel has a Team of excellent staff namely Ms Patricia Lim, Ms Jacqueline and Mr Willson. They had prompt and professional answers and suggestions to all my queries. I wish to covey my sincere thanks to all of them. The room was spacious, clean, well furnished and with lovely seaview; the breakfast was basic; excellent location, very convenient for tourists; all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Accor Properties will always be my 1st choice and I would strongly recommend everyone to experience the joy of staying in the hotels.
