1) Shower head bracket was damaged/broken and not repaired. Nothing done to address this issue. 2) Bathroom hygiene was bad. Can see moulds on the counter top. 3) Drinking glass and coffee cup were not washed. Housekeeping just left them on the table after making the bed, and left. 4) Hand and face towels not provided ; only bath towel provided. 5) Television cannot be switched on. Either remote control not working or TV was faulty. 6) No towels provided in the gym. Gym hygiene was terrible. Seems that no one cleaned the gym! Only one aircon can be switched on. The aircon in the rest of the rooms in the gym cannot be switched on. It is weird to have so many small rooms in the gym. Horrible configuration.

Room had mold. We checked out early, they were not willing to give a partial refund, only referring to the booking policy. Which is a joke.

The toilet in the room was clogged and smelled bad. We reported it to the front desk and asked to change the room, but they refused and just said they would ask the housekeeping to come and clean it. In fact, it was not that the toilet was dirty, but the water pipe was too old and smelled bad. We slept in the master bedroom on the first night, and it was so smelly that we couldn't fall asleep. We couldn't stand the smell. We asked to change the room again early the next morning, and the front desk agreed to change it for us. I hope your front desk staff's attitude will improve. They didn't smile or apologize to us the whole time.
