Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre les difficultés que vous avez rencontrées lors du règlement de votre séjour avec vos points ALL. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre frustration, d’autant plus que cette situation était liée à un problème technique indépendant de votre volonté. Nous regrettons également que l’attitude perçue de notre réceptionniste n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Soyez assuré que ce n’est pas le niveau d’attention et d’accompagnement que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.
