As me and my wife arrived at the hotel, approximately at 00:50 am, 07/02/16, the person at the desk awarned us that our reservation "fortunately had not been canceled", explanining that the reservations usually void after midnight due to a administrative procedure of the hotels. It was the first time we heard about that at Accorhotels net. We really got astonished and argued him about that, because it is not awared or stated in the reservation rules/terms and conditions and that we have choosen late check-in option at the reservation. Anyway, I would be glad to know from Ibis/Accorhotels if this is true and, if so, please register my complain, because it must be clear that the costumer needs to call the hotel and advise if the arrival is after midnight, in order to guarantee the room, even if the late check-in and input of credit card data was choosen. Other thing else, the Accorhotels website has changed, and the page for reservation is worse than before, because it is not clear if we are including the breakfast or meals for one, two or more people. As a consequence, during our stay at the hotel they awarned us that the breakfast was included just for one person. This is very embarassing. I hope you improve the website in order to avoid this and that be clear what exacty is being purchased at the final room confirmation page.
