At this stay, rates for this kind of Hotel were higher than usual. The rest is what you expect for an Ibis, but the Reception Guests were the top thing of my stay. Always kind, helpful and quick solvers of demands.

All is good except for the morning breakfast which twice in the morning we found the replenishing of food to be slow.

Although the room was comfortable, as expected from IBIS, the whole experience was not pleasant:- Room and restaurant (floor and tables) cleanliness was awful;- Breakfast quality was below average: some hot foods were totally cold;- The check-in took almost 25 minutes to finish.

The stay would have been great, but there were two things that prevented it. The roosters outside of my window that would start crowing at 2 am each morning was the first issue, and the food was bad. The meat was over cooked each time I ate there. Gabriel working the front desk was very helpful with any request that our group had.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 months, the staff is friendly and the cleaness is in top, but a bigger sized room would be nice, for a long time stayer, the room size is not acceptable. and I would recommend the hotel to get some outdoor chairs or benches.

It´s advised to everyone visit this hotel. Modern, sofly and pleasant. Amaizing. The hotel staff are very attentive and ready to help. The room is very comfortable and noiseless. the wifi has a very good signal that is possible work without worry.
