Very convenient location and very good service,the front desk lady Bianca she is best. Room is a little bit small but is good enough. Close to the beach. A lot of restaurants around. Room is very clean and quiet.just enjoy your vacation nothing to worry about.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and it was a great experience. Thadeu at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, if you need anything come find him for advice. He also speaks a little bit of Spanish. Marcos from the kitchen is a superstar, he will ensure you enjoy your breakfast. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Actually it is 3.5 Good: - area is safe - close to a Metro station (half block) - good WiFi, comfortable bed - restaurants around for meals; supermarket for drink & snacks However, it has no safe, limited numbers of thin towels, no cups (even plastic ones), and has small ants. So it is very bare bones. Breakfast has some varieties but nothing special about it.

All was fine. What was the most amazing - although the window of my room was inside the internal well of walls (facing another hotel unit in few meters), it was so quiet & peaceful, I was able to sleep without ear plugs (the most rare thing at the hotels) and this at Copacabana! Very high quality fresh & abundant breakfast, splendid location at a beautiful small street near beach & metro station

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the last decade. The location is excellent and the price is usually reasonable. I'll continue to use it. But the lifts are awful. One is always out of action and the other two are not coordinated, so slow and frequently stop at floor where no longer needed. (Same last year.) This time there was a problem with the keys - not just mine, others had the same issue. During the week I was there the key had to be reprogrammed five times.
