Stayed for a long weekend after a week of work. Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. From check in to check out, we were treated like royalty. Breakfast was delicious and very well staffed. Pool staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Views from room and pool and breakfast were amazing. Location was perfect for touring, walking, and nighttime strolls in a safe environment.

The experience during my stay was wonderful, pleasant and with no problems. During all my stay, I felt that I could be well served at any time I wanted (specially by Luiz who was very kind during my stay), with the staff always there for us since our arrival for a very important moment in our lifes.

Everything went well. No complaints. They were able to upgrade our room for free. Breakfast is good. Lot of items to try. They also allowed some items to take home to eat later. I wish we had beach view room. Maybe we will try next time. The hotel is right opposite the beach. It is so convenient for everything

Last June I went to Brazil with my dad and this was a very special trip for us for many personal reasons, therefore I researched for a good hotel to stay and when I saw the pictures from Fairmont Copacabana I just knew immediately this was the best place to stay, but I had no idea that our experience would superpass our expectations. I told them in advance that I was traveling with my dad and that he was coming back to his second home country after 40 years and asked them to help me surprise him. However their service was beyond what I was expecting, they not only received us in a very special way (and by special way I mean with gifts included and everything); they made sure our stay was memorable in all ways possible. We stay for over 10 days and everyday our room was cleaned, the attention we received at breakfast time was personalized and excellent. All Fairmont crew knew who we were and made sure we had a great time. The amenities of this place are just incredible, the view, the food, the room service and spa they have are just incredible. So if you are looking for a place to stay don't hesitate to book Fairmont Copacabana it's worth every penny and more! I will forever treasure the great memories I was able to do with my dad, and will be forever thankful with the entire Fairmont crew for their kind and excellent service, with no doubt this is a +5 star hotel and would love to come back and stay with you guys again. Thank you so much again for your excellent service 👏 ❤️
