Marcio Nascimento is hands down the best restaurant server I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From the moment we sat down, his warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine kindness were unmistakable. Every interaction felt intentional—never rushed, never forced—just perfectly timed and deeply considerate. He takes extraordinary pride in his craft, and it shows in every detail, from his attentiveness to the way he anticipates needs before you even realize them yourself. I can honestly say we have never experienced service like this in our lives. Marcio didn’t just serve a meal—he elevated the entire experience and made it unforgettable. This is the gold standard of hospitality, the kind of service that redefines what “exceptional” truly means. Very attentive staff, from the moment we stepped out of the car to check in. Shout out to Marcio Nascimento, our server every morning at the hotel restaurant. He took great care of us and all the other guests.

Best breakfast in Rio de Janeiro, Food is delicious, the view is amazing, but the service is what is the best here. If you are lucky, you will be met by a smiling Edna♥️ She makes you feel sooo good during your meal. ♥️ end the meal with a little glass of champagne 🥳♥️🙏 This is heaven
