パウリスタ大通り、地下鉄駅近くロケーションはとても良い。滞在中トラブルはなかったが、建物・設備が老朽化している。接客態度は客としてもてなされている感じがしない。サンパウロの他のメルキュールのほうが良いかもしれない。古さが気にならずこじんまりしたビジネスホテルが好みの人にはよいかもしれない。

Very good service. We had a problem in our room ( a certain smell) and mentionned this at the reception desk. Guilheime (responsible for the helpdesk at that moment) was very gentle and gave us another room ( even an upgrade) at the same floor.

The room was clean and big. The receptionists are super helpful, particularly Marcelo, Cayre, and Rodrigo. The only downside is the noise as my room was near the elevator. Still, I would stay there again.
