Saya menginap di ibis Styles Bandung Braga dan secara keseluruhan mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan. Seluruh crew dan personel hotel sangat ramah, sigap, serta komunikatif. Sejak kedatangan, saya merasa disambut dengan baik. Area lobby bersih, tertata rapi, dan memiliki aroma yang wangi sehingga memberikan kesan pertama yang positif. Satu catatan kecil adalah petunjuk parkir yang masih kurang jelas. Namun hal ini tertutupi dengan baik oleh kesiapan crew yang cepat membantu dan memberikan arahan secara informatif, sehingga tidak menjadi kendala berarti. Secara umum, hotel ini memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan nyaman. Sangat layak untuk dipertimbangkan bagi yang menginap di Bandung.
