Pengalaman menginap di Pullman Bandung Grand Central sungguh menyenangkan. Hotelnya bagus, bersih, dekorasinya kekinian sesuai tema, fasilitasnya lengkap. Sarapan juga lengkap, enak-enak dan diatur sedemikian rupa jadi waktu tunggu tidak terlalu lama pas di jam padat. Terima kasih buat Mbak Feby, Mbak Tami dan Mbak Naffa sebagai Guest Relations yang telah mengaturkan semuanya sehingga stay kami selama di Pullman menjadi lebih mudah dan menyenangkan. Apalagi karena salah satu dari kami juga berulang tahun di periode kami menginap, dan mbak-mbak tersebut mengarrange pemberian birthday cake ke kamar kami. Terima kasih banyak. Sungguh pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan.
