​المصعد بطيء جدا، البوفيه سيء للغاية، المكيف حارلايبرد، لم يساعدونا في التسجيل المبكر، ازعاج من الغرف المجاورة للاسف كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية لاول مرة في فنادق نوفوتيل تعودت منهم اكثر من هذا.

Great hotel near Eur

The hotel is very clean, the staff super friendly , the breakfast is superb. We came here to be near the airport but the Euroma 2 mall was just 8-10 min away so we spend our day there. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which connects you to the town centre but we didn’t go because we had seen the centre many times before.

I recently spent 3 weeks in the Novotel Roma EUR and really enjoyed it. I had a large room with a balcony and a bathroom with a bath. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection in the hot and cold buffets. I had dinner in the restaurant on a couple of occasions which was very good. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is of a high standard with a spacious ground floor containing the restaurant and bar areas. For tourists there is a bus stop just outside the hotel with a frequent service (buses 712/779/788) to Via America close to the EUR Palasport metro station. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Termini the main railway station with stops at popular tourist destinations of Basilica S. Paolo, Circo Massimo and Colosseo along the way. The magnificent rationalist architecture of the EUR district close to Via America is not to be missed. If you go be sure to try the ice cream in Caffè Palombini!

Typical Novotel, modern, clean, functional with friendly staff. Nice room with all necessary features. Bar area of particular note with free tapas type buffet in the early evening. For those arriving by car it has ample parking and is easily accessible being on the outskirts of Rome city yet only 10 mins downtown.
