وصلت متأخراً ليلاً وكان الاستقبال غير احترافي. تم الإصرار على جواز السفر ورفض NIA ثم قبولها لاحقاً، مع أحاديث وضحك بالإسبانية وكأنني لا أفهم. معاملة العضوية البلاتينية كانت عادية جداً، وإجراءات الدخول استغرقت قرابة ساعة. حاولوا تغيير السعر عن السعر المحجوز والتطبيق. بسبب هذه التجربة قررت عدم تمديد الإقامة.

Como siempre hemos disfrutado del hotel con mi familia. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos. Cumplieron en darnos 2 habitaciones próximas una a la otra. Sin embargo no hemos sentido la atención que tuvimos en el pasado. Las puertas de las habitaciones no cerraban correctamente a no ser que se les de un fuerte golpe, lo que podía transformarse en un problema de seguridad. Por otro lado, esperábamos contar con la isla de jugos en el desayuno y resultó que las máquinas estaban rotas durante nuestra estadía. También hubo un trato poco amable de alguna de las camareras al pedirle ayuda para organizar una mesa para nosotros. Como positivo, debo mencionar la atención del personal de cuidado de maletas. Tuvimos un inconveniente y fueron extremadamente empáticos, y finalmente se terminó resolviendo. El personal de recepción alternó buenas y malas. Me hubiera gustado que nos extiendan un late checkout hasta las 16 hs sin cargo como cortesía y para una sola de las habitaciones que reservamos, pero la persona que nos atendió no estaba muy predispuesta y solo nos permitió 2 horas más de checkout, cuando nuestro vuelo partía a las 23:30 hs. Son pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia. Mientras que la vez anterior que nos fuimos estábamos convencidos que íbamos a regresar al Novotel cuando volviéramos a Madrid en familia, esta vez no estamos tan seguro de ello.

Nos alegra saber que disfrutaron de la cercanía de las habitaciones, pero lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido tan satisfactoria como en su visita anterior. Sus observaciones sobre las puertas de las habitaciones y la disponibilidad de las máquinas de jugos en el desayuno son muy valiosas, y tomaremos nota de ellas para mejorar nuestros servicios. En cuanto a la atención del personal, nos disculpamos si no estuvo a la altura de sus expectativas, ya que nuestro objetivo es brindar un servicio amable y profesional en todo momento. Referente al late checkout, entendemos la importancia de este detalle y lamentamos que no se haya podido ofrecer la extensión solicitada. Agradecemos su comprensión en esta situación.
