We spent 4 days in this amazing beautiful hotel. Near “Parque de las Avenidas” underground station where you can easily access to Madrid main touristic sites. Sebastian from front desk was amazing, all the front desk staff also. There was a blond woman at the breakfast that is amazing and very kind, the chef at the breakfast making omelettes and fried eggs is also very kind. I don’t remember all the names unfortunately but this hotel has an amazing staff. Insólito restaurant has wonderful food, we enjoyed our dinner yesterday, we ordered 4 croquetas, an “ensaladilla rusa” and some grilled vegetables that were absolutely fantastic. Definitely an excellent option for Mexicans like us.

All round great hotel. Not too far from airport and city centre. Staff were fantastic, very attentive and helpful. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Restaurant was great and food fantastic! Room service also fabulous, the beef croquettes were out of this world!

Hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms are of good size with good shower and effective aircon. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. Pool generally very crowded. Staff incredibly helpful, polite and efficient. Location is a good hour's walk from the centre while there a few amenities close to the hotel.

Not a good stay at all!

I stayed at NovotelMadrid City Las Ventas for three nights in August 2024. It was apart of my trip package through Gate 1 travel agency. First, this hotel is located in such an isolated area in Madrid there are no restaurants close by and I did not see any grocery stores in the area. The hotel customer service was awful, I was not told about any amenities offered by the hotel when I checked in. The front desk people were not very friendly, there was no water in the lobby. The water issue was concerning considering the temperature outside, it was extremely hot. The pictures of the hotel are very misleading, the wear and tear on the furniture throughout the hotel is very noticeable, very much in need of updated furnishings. The one positive about this hotel , they offer a lovely breakfast buffet.

THE best hotel I have ever visited. The staff there were some of the nicest people i have ever met. I do wish to come back next holiday and i highly recommend. The beds were great and the complimentary snacks in the fridge were even better. In the evening i would sit in the lounge watching the sunset as it was a beautiful sight. The breakfast was great and there were a bunch of great options.
