Had a triple room and although cosy it was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. Room not as modern as the photos on this site suggest but was clean and comfortable. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good for a budget hotel. Fresh and presented very well. The staff in the dining area were particularly nice.

The room had heater, but there is no option of turning on the air-conditioner when approached the front desk , a rude response was given stating only heater throughout the hotel facility and no air condition. I have to keep the window open to get the temperature down. The front of staff were unhelpful. No customer service. The amount they charge for the rooms - it has quite outdated and small bathrooms and no air condition facility however it is advertised as it has one.

Near to the train station and a many restaurant around only things my opinion i can not move properly while im in shower to small but the room is good dont hear so muvh noisy because we are far from the elavator., outside i dont hear the noise. Pleasant to stay

We arrived before the check in time with my partner feeling unwell and this was noticed by the front staff Amad who offered us our room right away after a few phone calls. We appreciated it very much and this is by far the best customer service throughout our Europe trip. The room and location is nice despite occasional noise close to the station but with eateries and supermarket close by. Perfect choice if require to stay close to Gare Da Nord station

Good hotel location in reasonable price. I highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is great. It is walking distance from Paris Gare du Nord. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, pahrmacy nearby. The hotel staffs are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The hotel has access to both stairs and elevator. City tax you have to pay upon check in. The room is descent size with one queen bed and one single bed perfect for family. It has a separate mini den for clothes and desk. It has a descent size balcony with a nice view. It is very quiet at night even it is very close to a busy main street. The easy to push button for blinds is a bonus! The washroom is a good size as well. It is very clean and cozy. Overall stay is amazingly wonderful!
