Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I’m delighted to hear that you found the apartment clean, comfortable, and well equipped for your stay, and that our central location helped you make the most of your visit to Edinburgh. I also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom facilities. Please accept my apologies that the heated towel rail was not operational during your stay. These are currently deactivated throughout the hotel while we await manufacturer sign-off, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I also understand your comments regarding the lack of a power outlet within the bathroom. In line with UK health and safety regulations, standard electrical outlets are not typically installed in bathrooms in order to minimise the risk of electric shock. Whilst this is a common design feature within the UK, I appreciate that it may be less convenient for guests travelling from other countries. It’s also great to know that your overall stay went smoothly from check in through to departure. That said, I was sorry to read about the issues you experienced with the bedding upon arrival, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention at the time so the team could resolve this promptly for you.
