Fiquei hospedado por 6 noites, tudo ocorreu bem desde o checkin até o checkout. Os únicos problemas foram a roupa de cama com manchas e cabelos logo na chegada (devidamente trocada após reclamação pelo app) e o toalheiro térmico do banheiro que não funcionava.

That said, I was sorry to read about the issues you experienced with the bedding upon arrival, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention at the time so the team could resolve this promptly for you. Please also accept my apologies regarding the bathroom towel rail. These are currently deactivated throughout the hotel while we await manufacturer sign off, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused during your stay. Fiquei desapontada , classificado com 4* não funciona com as facilidades esperadas. Serviço d. quarto não incluído, nos deram um quarto para necessidades especiais que não precisamos o que torna a presença d. equipamentos perigoso para 2 idosos,a mesa ocupada com uma TV enorme , então ficamos sem mesa para refeição , 1 única cadeira embora a reserva tenha sido para 2 pessoas, box entupido a água não drenava. As fotos do booking não corresponderam.

Houve vários funcionários pouco prestáveis e até mesmo uma funcionária no pequeno almoço mal educada e rude. Pequeno almoço caótico, sem que a maioria dos itens sejam repostos e olham para nós como se fosse a coisa mais natural do mundo (ainda faltava 1:30h para o fim do serviço).

Equipe super amigável, localização mais que perfeita e ainda ganhei um presente de aniversário. Acho que foi uma dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei em toda vida, o quarto era perfeito, estava cheiroso quando chegamos e tinha todos os utensílios que precisamos para passar alguns dias hospedados. Amei e pretendo voltar algum dia!

Não tem necessidade de publicação. Entretanto deixo uma salva , sabendo que iam ter quartos com 4 pessoas, e por experiência noutros hotéis podiam ter já deixado as camas extras prontas. E salvo que ofertas sendo diárias ( cafés , poderia ter sido feito reposição) . Entretanto toda a estadia foi muito tranquila.
