I also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom facilities. Please accept my apologies that the heated towel rail was not operational during your stay. These are currently deactivated throughout the hotel while we await manufacturer sign-off, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. I also understand your comments regarding the lack of a power outlet within the bathroom. In line with UK health and safety regulations, standard electrical outlets are not typically installed in bathrooms in order to minimise the risk of electric shock. Whilst this is a common design feature within the UK, I appreciate that it may be less convenient for guests travelling from other countries.
