Bem localizado, porém os quartos são super básicos e muito pequenos. As camas eram confortáveis. As luzes não funcionavam bem mas conseguimos resolver. O pequeno-almoço foi bom, com muita quantidade porém poderia ter mais variedade. Começam a servir super cedo (5:30). O café grátis 24/7 deveria ser o da máquina do pequeno-almoço e não café solúvel e água quente; a seguir a este hotel fui a outro em que era assim, então podíamos beber capuccino, hot chocolate etc., e estou a falar de um hotel onde paguei metade do preço! É uma sugestão.

Se for pra uma noite, ok. O quarto não tinha aquecimento, a roupa de cama não parecia limpa. O café da manhã é muito ruim, não tem quase nada. O único ponto positivo é o staff, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente os recepcionistas da noite, estão de parabéns.

It’s concerning to learn that the room had no heating, and we’ll immediately look into this to ensure our heating systems are fully functional moving forward.
