Se for pra uma noite, ok. O quarto não tinha aquecimento, a roupa de cama não parecia limpa. O café da manhã é muito ruim, não tem quase nada. O único ponto positivo é o staff, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente os recepcionistas da noite, estão de parabéns.

It’s concerning to learn that the room had no heating, and we’ll immediately look into this to ensure our heating systems are fully functional moving forward. We want to address a specific concern: our AC units are designed to both cool and heat the air, and if any issues arise, we’re more than happy to reset the units for you to restore comfort. We apologize for the condition of the bed linen; cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’ll be reviewing our housekeeping procedures to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the breakfast, we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. Todos as minhas expectativas de um budget hotel foram atendidas. Excelente limpeza do quarto e das roupas de cama. Ponto negativo é a falta de privacidade do banheiro ao tomar banho porque a porta é transparente. Os atendentes são cordiais porém no check out o early breakfast não estava pronto ao contrário do combinado na noite anterior. Não recebi nenhuma compensação por este inconveniente.
