Regarding housekeeping, please note that room cleaning is provided upon request by placing the corresponding sign on the door. However, we regret that this was not clear to you and that you returned to a room without fresh towels and cleaning service. We also note your comment regarding the bedding configuration. Regarding the bicycle storage area, we would like to clarify that the items you mentioned were only placed there temporarily during the winter period and have since been removed. The space is now fully available for bicycle use again. Please also note that charging e-bike batteries in this area is not permitted for safety reasons.
