We are staying at the beautiful Zamzam Pullman in Madinah and absolutely love it here. The Pullman Café has become our favorite spot—we’ve visited every day to enjoy their amazing coffee, which always comes with complimentary cookies. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service is exceptional. A special shoutout to Ahmet Soliman who has been incredibly kind and attentive. And also Rafiq from Bangladesh their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, and we can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madinah!”

He was prompt and quick. He changed our pillow which was causing pain. He also got me new blankets. He and his assistant also sprayed air freshener in my room to make it smell fresh. Excellent service. I would recommend him to future guests. Good job!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring every need was met. The rooms were clean, spacious. The location was perfect, close to Al Masjid Annaboui. Breakfast was a highlight I highly recommend this . I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at the Pullman Zamzam Madina for 2 nights in a deluxe room with the view on Haram. It was an amazing stay! We were welcomed with fruits and small cakes upon arrival, such a thoughtful gesture! Our room overlooked the Haram, offering an extraordinary view! We greatly appreciated the hotel’s ideal location and the magnificent breakfast buffet at Acacia restaurant. The food was truly excellent. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I hope to return very soon, Inshallah 🙏
