We just had a delicious meal at the Pullmans rooftop restaurant Al Mandara. Hosts Mr Shiraz and Younnis were very welcoming. They went out of their way to make our experience memorable - from the fantastic array of food Arabian, Indian, international to showing us the magnificent view of the prophets mosque Al Masjid and Nabawi. Well worth a visit.

Awesome service and Souliman Hossain provided us with amazing service. The hotel rooms were always clean and anything required the concierge service provided us right away. Location is very good also for brothers as on the easy side to give Salaam.

Our room was upgraded to Junior Suite. Thank you very much for that, it was much appreciated. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. Specially Mr Parvez Bepary was very good and behaviour excellent 👌 Housekeeping clean really great 👍 Breakfast: food was good, but you could improve the variety of the food. For 5-stars hotel, I believe you could serve more. Keep up the good work, hope we can meet again in the future.

Great hotel next to prophet's Mosque

Great Stay

This hotel is very very nice. We had a lovely stay. The staff is ultra friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is great for men. It is infront of the masjid, so there is no musallah inside. It is a 5 minute walk to the courtyard of the Haram. 8 minutes and you will be there to send salaam to the Prophet. The mall next door has plenty to shop and eat. For women - they have a shuttle from the basement that runs every half an hour back and forth. If you walk, it is almost a 25 minute walk. The reception was always crowded as it is small and a very busy hotel. The breakfast options were perfect as they were just enough option - this doesn't mean they didn't have enough, they had more than enough options, I have seen more options in other hotels. Personally when you have too many options, it can get overwhelming and you overeat. Will I stay here again - big maybe only because of location for women.
