As a regular traveler, my third stay this year at Pullman Zamzam Medina was exceptional. The hotel's luxurious yet serene ambiance and close proximity to Roza e Rasool made my visit spiritually enriching and convenient. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, maintained by an excellent housekeeping team available 24/7. Special thanks to Miss Futun from Accor Reception for upgrading my room and offering a complimentary breakfast, adding a delightful touch to my stay. The guest relations team is always helpful and friendly. I've already booked a room for Ramadan, and without a doubt, I'll continue to choose this hotel for future visits to Medina.

Pullman Zamzam Medina exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance, service, and facilities were all outstanding. The hotel's location is perfect for pilgrimage, just a 5-minute walk to the mosque with a heartwarming view of Roza e Rasool (SAW) every time. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are up to standard. The atmosphere is very kids-friendly, especially with the kids' menu in the restaurant, making it an ideal choice for families. I want to give a special shoutout to Futun, who made my experience extraordinary. Her courteous and helpful nature was evident from the moment I arrived. She assisted me with everything I needed, even arranging for a room upgrade and adding a complimentary breakfast that was more than a feast. Her dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay for guests is commendable. I will definitely be coming back and staying at Zamzam for a longer stay. The staff is well-mannered and trained. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Zamzam Medina and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms and top-notch amenities. The location is perfect for pilgrimage, just a 5-minute walk to reach inside the mosque with a heartwarming view of Roza e Rasool (SAW) every time. The atmosphere is very kids-friendly, especially with the kids' menu in the restaurant, making it a great choice for families. A special mention goes to Futun, who was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to offer me assistance, even arranging for a room upgrade and adding a complimentary breakfast that was more than a feast. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly made a difference. I will definitely be coming back and staying at Zamzam for a longer stay. The staff is well-mannered and trained. The facility and the hotel services were amazing. The breakfast was kept very nicely. The staff was very polite and professional, one of the breakfast are named.
