Recently stayed at the Zamzam Pullman Madinah. Overall it was a great experience. It was very close to the haram. The customer service of the front desk was geat. The restaurant at the mazenine level was great. We went there everyday for breakfast. Nihal was amazing with his service. He took care of us very well. The chef at the breakfast bar was also amazing. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

I must say, Thank you to Mr Ayman Alhaidari. Who made our stay so comfortable, Amazing customer service and the housekeeping staff (8th floor) were very polite and kind, enhancing our stay with their professionalism and warmth. The room was well-appointed, combining comfort and luxury, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Pullman Zamzam Hotel very close to Prophet Mosque

Food here is very good at Azalea restaurant food and service team they are very welcoming and professional in their job especially mr Ahmed soliman he is doing great job leading his team for make sure to enhance guset needs with a big smile on his face

Almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a Dilshad there who had to be recognised publicly. Dilshad was his name and he was phenomenal.He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. By the end of our breakfast, all of us said, "He's the best waiter we've ever had in Madina". By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse. Thank you Dilshad for the wonderful service!
