Excellent Guest Care Services! Plullman Zamzam Madinah has always been my “go to” spot whenever I visit Madinah, and I have never been disappointed! The hotel is well located, and offers great services! Staff are very professional and friendly. The breakfast menu is amazing and has variety that caters for everyone!

I had an amazing experience with the hotel reception, thanks to Asalah. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and efficient. From the moment I arrived, Asalah made me feel valued and ensured all my needs were met promptly. Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly stood out, making my stay even more enjoyable.
