Services are exceptional, managers and staff are great. This was my first trip ever to Saudi Arabia madinah but was a memorable one. I very much recommend Pullman zamzam for my family and friends.

Awesome experience, the place to stay in Madina.

Location is fantastic, close to the Haram. Amenities are great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is great but I would love to see browed American coffee instead of machine ones which was not so great. All Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything is good. Hotel is really nice, clean and good view from the room. Breakfast is really good, thank you to Nihal, really nice service.
