there was a wedding and graduation nearby on the check-in day, so service was not so great. rooms were all full, staffs were overwhelmed and clearly understaffed, lobby Was packed and noisy. Gym and pool were under renovation. there was no prior notice about it, only a notice during check-in. hotel and room interior was worned out and quite dirty. this isnt my first ibis, and so far this has been the worst ibis ive been to. thankfully i was allowed to check-in early (ALL GOLD). there were small stains on the bed. parking was packed and at first we were asked to Park at Mitra10 across the street. breakfast was normal. public toilet and public spaces were worned out as well. if a hotel needs to be renovated, please close it down or do a quick and proper renovation. Management was so bad, worst ibis I've been to so far. not satisfied at all.

Mr. Tito as the recepsionist very helpfull, when I wrong to set the booking date, he help me to set as the request date. SO i really amaze with the service he gave,,i hope i enjoy for the stay and goodd lock for ibis styles cikarang.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

Superb! Upon entering the room, I was amazed with how beautiful the layout. It’s giving the American girl’s bedroom kinda like. 😂 The cleanliness is beyond my expectations. The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional. Warm and kind. The hotel view was comforting as well. Definitely will come back to this hotel!

Today our guest ask to cancel the booking at Ibis Styles Cikarang because of they can’t have a proper rest. The renovations are too loud, they had a bad experiences too, attitude of receptionist so awful, they challenge us to cancel our booking by ourselves on the apps because they knew we couldn’t do that

Nice hospitality and best service staff. Satisfied Hotel Best in Cikarang. I definitely recommend this hotel for staycation with friends, couples or family. Then good breakfast too. Enjoying moment in here and Yessi is a good person help me a lot during stay in this hotel
