Had a really nice stay at Mercure Hai Phong! The hotel is modern, clean, and has everything you need — spa, gym,louge and even a great rooftop pool. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. For the price, it’s definitely great value. I’d love to stay here again next time I visit Hai Phong!

Nice hotel, location is close to everywhere you need your stay. Breakfast was amazing with many choices and also taste is up to my flavour whatever local or internation dishes. Room was cleaned and nice view. Big plus for the comfortable bed.

So I stayed here during a business trip, everything was perfect and convenient. The hotel is located at the heart of the city, with many restaurants, stores and things nearby, there is even a stadium to watch football for free from the roof top! And the team was just amazing. They were so helpful and assisted me attentively. If there is anything, you can always contact Ms. Candy Quality Assurance Manager.

Good hotel in HaiPhong

The location is quite good, in the city where there are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Ms. Uyen is very nice and friendly. She assisted what we requested at breakfast. The hotel lounge is fine, the food can be improved over there. The beer bar nearby is very good, lots of local people and they sell cheap beer.
