O que aconteceu com a limpeza?

Desde 2023, me hospedo com certa frequência neste hotel, porém do começo de 2024 pra cá, algo aconteceu na administração (parece que demitiram o gerente e o cargo tá vago até hoje), pois a limpeza da área comum (refeitório/restaurante) simplesmente não existe, é importante frisar, NÃO ERA ASSIM. O chão do restaurante é melado, os sapatos grudam, fazem barulho, acreditem: ESTÁ ASSIM FAZ MESES!! Tá nojento demais. As ilhas onde é colocada a comida é nojenta, parece que passaram nelas um pano de chão bem sujo. As máquinas de café foram reguladas pra sair menos café. O prato de parmegiana que pedi no jantar demorou cerca de 1h pra ficar pronto, e o arroz era velho, seco, dava impressão de ter voltado do prato de outro cliente, arroz reaproveitado. Fora os pontos mencionados acima, houve outros acontecimentos menos relevantes que mostram que a administração está largada. Enfim, uma queda brusca na qualidade! Uma pena, espero que resolvam logo.

Not only is this hotel very affordable it’s very conveniently located. I enjoy my stay here due to the very friendly staff and having beer and snack available 24 hours a day. I want to thank Andres for showing me amazing hospitality and being very professional. Thank you amigo!

The good: this hotel is very new, clean, and not over crowded, and there is a small across the street. The Bad: you eat breakfast next door at the ibis, there is no closet storage in the room or place to put clothes, and every day you need to fold up your luggage because there is no room for it to stay open.

The hotel is located in a central location. There is a nice shopping mall with restaurants literally across the street from the hotel. The service is prompt and pleasant. Rooms are bit small but clean. There is a small restaurant within the hotel which serves breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet can be improved but it is decent given the overall price of the property. All in all, a good place to stay on budget
