Excellent stay. From friendly, efficient check in, clean, air conditioned room, and great housekeeping. Very complete and affordable breakfast. All staff were friendly and very responsive to all enquiries. Very close to many of Florence’s attractions.

We decided to stay here because of the location but once we got inside the staff especially Francesco on reception were the best. He even told us about the Fiorentina match going on while we were there so we were able to buy tickets and watch the match. I loved his moustache.

Great hotel in the heart of Florence. Very good staff.

Fantastic hotel in great location! Walking distance to most attractions. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. All the staff were just lovely and friendly, particularly the young lady whose name starts with C. The valet parking was most welcome. Breakfast was lovely and varied with great coffee. A very peaceful sleep, nice outdoor area. Would highly recommend and would stay again

We spent four nights and had a great experience. The hotel has an amazing location, you can walk everywhere within minutes - the train station for our day trip to Pisa is right next door. Although in the center it was so quiet and clean!!! We booked a family room (2 adults & 2 daughter 9 & 11) and it was huge, with a large desk-working station and a big private balcony (highly appreciated for smoking!!!), clean, quiet and extra comfortable. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, ranging from reception (buona sera Fransesco (thanks for the morning coffee!!!), Alessia, Chiara), to housekeeping (definitely one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in)!!!. If we had the chance, we would definitely return!!!

Great hotel. Excellent location. Super close to train station but the double glazing means you don’t hear a thing. Easy walk into town and very close to market. Staff were very helpful and nice Was really nice to stay in a modern, spacious hotel with a fridge to keep drinks cool Only downside was they seemed to have a real problem with drainage in the basins (we had 3 rooms) and tiny shower flies but that’s why not giving 5 stars
