Room was small like all Italian hotels. No refrigerator or coffee maker. King bed was comfortable, TV was smart but needed phone to watch anything. Located far from town center. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and hotdogs along with all the Italian fixings. Bathroom was bigger than the other 5 hotels we stayed in. Walk in shower closet. Soap in bottle provided. All workers spoke very good English.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center of Florence, near a big shopping mall, This gives good value for money. Nice welcoming staff. Comfortable sleep in a ordinary type room. I liked the bath tub in my room. The hotel bar closes a bit early, but why not.

Far From Florence Central. Cozy stay if you have a car.

The hotel is 15 kms far from the Florence City Central. We took a bus from central which dropped us 1.5kms far from the hotel. Waited for 1 hrs & had to take a lift from a Local passing. You dont get taxis easily. Pre plan your taxis with the reception. Hotel is good to book only if you have a car. Breakfast not worth it. Rooms are small & ok. Not recommended for tourists who wants to cover Pisa , Florence as both are too far.

Excellent service, hygiene and conditions for the paid price. Convenient location with a supermarket nearby. Nice breakfas, with many tastful choices. The staff was friendly and always redy to help you. I would like to turn again with great pleasure.

The hotel is located between the city of Parto and Florence, good only if you got a car. It's very close to a big nice city mall and because of that I advice you not to have breakfast at the hotel but to go to the city mall, given that the hotel breakfast is too pricey for what it is. When we entered the room it was very hot and we noticed that the air-conditioning wasn't working; we report the problem but they said there was an issue with that and they didn't even ask if we wanted to change room. For the rest it's a typical Ibis, nothing special nor bad. Pillows could be more comfortable though
