We are truly sorry for the discomfort caused by the temperature in your room. All our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and a mechanical ventilation system, which is why the windows cannot be opened. This design was chosen for safety reasons. Our reception is available 24/7 and always ready to assist with adjusting the temperature or checking whether the ventilation is functioning correctly. The small ventilation flap you mentioned can indeed be difficult to locate, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
