Das lauwarme Wasser in der Dusche war der einzige Punkt den ich etwas beanstanden würde.

Allerdings war unser Zimmer viel zu warm. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Heizung lässt sich nicht regulieren. Erst Nacht war Sauna, es gibt eine kleine Belüftungsklappe, die man alleine nicht finden kann. Außerdem muss man zum öffnen auf einen Stuhl klettern. Das ist echt Verbesserungswürdig. Aber sonst tolles Hotel, gutes Frühstück und hilfsbereites Personal.

All our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and a mechanical ventilation system, which is why the windows cannot be opened. This design was chosen for safety reasons. Our reception is available 24/7 and always ready to assist with adjusting the temperature or checking whether the ventilation is functioning correctly. The small ventilation flap you mentioned can indeed be difficult to locate, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. Wir fahren fast jedes Jahr um die Weihnachtszeit nach Watbrzych, da hier meine Schwiegermutter wohnt. Aus Platzgründen schlafen wir immer in diesem Hotel. Toll gelegen gleich an der Victoria Mall. Vor allem aber total ruhig und das Frühstück ist eines der Besten , welches ich kenne.
