Regarding the room arrangement, we would like to kindly clarify that the reservation was made for one room. The standard occupancy allows for two adults and two children; however, depending on the age of the children, the system may also accept a 2+3 configuration. In your case, a room with a larger sofa was assigned to better accommodate three children. For connecting or separate rooms, the reservation would need to be made for two rooms in advance, but at the same time, we fully understand that with luggage and five people, the space may have felt limited, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
