Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel, leider wird es von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Die Betten sind leider mittlerweile eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen extrem durchgelegen und die Bettwäsche so hart das sie beim Liegen so laut und unangenehm ist, das man kaum schlafen kann.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in 20 Minuten mit der Tram in die Altstadt; sehr nettes Hotelpersonal; wir haben am Abend im Hotelrestaurant gegessen- das Essen war sehr lecker und die Preise waren auch ok.

Das einzige was ich etwas zu bemängeln hätte, dass ich für 5 Personen gebucht hatten und nur ein Zimmer bekam. Möglich dass die keine zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür hatten bzw familienzimmer. Es war jedenfalls für die dann doch 4 Tage mit Koffern sehr sehr beengt. Es war lediglich nur ein Bett und eine Couch ausgeklappt gewesen. Bewegungen konnte man nicht machen… das war etwas schade, aber dennoch ansonsten top!

The standard occupancy allows for two adults and two children; however, depending on the age of the children, the system may also accept a 2+3 configuration. In your case, a room with a larger sofa was assigned to better accommodate three children. For connecting or separate rooms, the reservation would need to be made for two rooms in advance, but at the same time, we fully understand that with luggage and five people, the space may have felt limited, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Nachdem es bei unseren vielen Besuchen in Accorhotels in Wroclaw immer irgendwelche kleine Ärgernisse gab, haben wir uns dieses Mal für das (bestbewerteste) Novotel City entschieden. Problemloser Checkin, Dank freier Autobahn bereits vor 13 Uhr, schönes Zimmer Upgrade für Platinmember, gut funktionierende konventionelle Heizung, Toilette und Bad getrennt, mehr als ausgezeichnetes, für Liebhaber der osteuropäischen Küche, Frühstück (Kascha und regionale Wurstwaren), sehr schöne Terrasse, Garten. Für jeden, der die 800m Fußweg zur Straßenbahn nicht scheut, eine klare Empfehlung! Warum nur 3 Sterne?
