Dear Dorothee, Thank you for your review and for highlighting the spacious room, effective air conditioning, and our breakfast selection. We are sorry to hear about the difficulty reaching the reception before your arrival. When our reception team is assisting guests in person, they may not always be able to answer incoming calls immediately. In such cases, calls should be redirected to our Accor Customer Care Center, whose role is to assist guests and help with matters such as communicating late arrivals. We apologize if this process did not work as smoothly as intended. Regarding the bed, we appreciate your feedback. Our mattresses are part of the Sweet Bed by ibis concept, the signature bedding standard of the ibis brand. We understand that mattress firmness is very much a matter of personal preference and may not suit every guest equally.
