Stayed here for 2 days. Property is at nice location opposite to mall. Rooms are relatively small and bath room is very small as well for the 3 star property. Breakfast was good, the spread is huge and had live music playing. Receptionist can be more friendly, as they look very over worked all the time.

I was very disappointed with the food service. One evening, I ordered a sandwich, and it was discussing smelly chips. They didn’t do a good job. They need to work on more professional room dining service.

During my stay, front office was very poor. Almost 15 days I stayed and day1 I informed there are no cream filled in shoe polish machine, even informed again 6th day and even on 13th day. It was not considered and not fulfilled. Everytime approaching the front office went waste. Front office needs to improve a lot. There are no proper response as well.
