We stayed for three nights. Was close to Waterbom and shopping and restaurants in Legian. Due to traffic congestion getting to Seminyak takes about 30 minutes, though it’s only about 4-5km away. Service was great. Facilities a little older but the rooms are a good size and as a Gold Accor member we were upgraded to a larger room.

We stay here for 3 days and we love it, thanks to Astiti for helping me in every way u. Possible, she help us with tour room, and even our dietary. Second time staying at the Pullman in Legian! It is always a great stay, staff are always friendly and smiling and prepared to go out of their way to ensure that hotel guests are happy with their stay. Rooms are neat, clean and tidy and the bed and pillows are super comfy. Hotel has 3 pools, one with a kiddy pool which is great for families with smaller kids as they can splash around without worrying about their safety 100% of the time. The adult only infinity pool has a brilliant view of Legian Beach. Restaurant is easily accessible for dining purposes and a couple of bars to get your drinks. Location is perfect as it's a stones throw away from Legian beach and it's walkable distance to 2 of the main streets of Legian in Melasti and Padma where there's plenty of nice restaurants and bars to get food and drinks. It's also a 10-minute walk to Beachwalk (shopping center) in the other direction. Pullman is a great hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone interest. Shoutout to Fendi and Ajun who always greets us with a smile when always coming back and leaving the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Legian Beach. We appreciated our beach facing room upgrade. Whilst the drawback is some traffic noise, the beach view was serene. Service was attentive and delivered with a smile. The buffet breakfast was full of choices to please all - it can get pretty crowded at peak times. The bedroom was large as was the bathroom. Cooling was effective. The room, indeed the hotel, would benefit from a refurbishment in the coming years. The rooftop infinity pool was a nice place to be, there is some competition for shaded lounges at peak periods. The only area I thought could be improved was the gym. Whilst it’s overseen by attentive staff, it’s very small for the size of the hotel. All in all, an excellent resort hotel.

Our stay at the Pullman Hotel was beautiful. Staff were amazing. Lina from restaurant was beautiful. Very welcoming. She served us every morning with special juices, coffee's etc. We will miss her. Until next year when we come back again. The bar staff in the outer bar were amazing as well.
