Wonderful experience at the Pullman Legion Beach. All staff were excellent and always tried their very best to please. Sayu and Krisna at the pool bar were especially helpful. They were very courteous and efficient at their jobs. We will visit again

We met Suli when dining at the Pullman. This was a return visit to the hotel and restaurant and we were not let down by the standards. Suli was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient in service standards. To say I was impressed doesn’t even hit the mark. The food was amazing yet again which is why we keep returning. Don’t stop what you are doing with your staff Pullman. They make the hotel a fantastic place to visit. Thanks you.

Our family booked two rooms purely as we were transiting from other indonesian island and flying back to Australia the next day. We paid approx $200 AUD for each room (with breakfast) expecting to get a Pullman standard experience and a comfortable nights sleep. Sad to say it was the opposite. Rooms are not sound proofed, and if you get one facing the outward road, expect to hear horns tooting all night. Rooms were not both ready by check in time (3.00pm).There were a lot of guests sitting in the lounge waiting for rooms to be ready. Communication skills from staff were lacking and on more than one occasion we had to ask guests for assistance. I did reach out to Guest manager with personal feedback. It was a low point in what was other wise a fabulous trip.

It is concerning to hear that your rooms were not ready by the 3:00 PM check-in time and that you experienced a delay. We aim to have all rooms prepared and ready for our guests upon arrival, and it appears we fell short in this instance. We are investigating this matter with our housekeeping and front desk teams to prevent similar delays in the future. Moreover, I am sorry to learn about the communication issues you encountered with our staff. This is certainly not reflective of the level of service we aspire to provide. We are addressing this with our team to ensure that all staff members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to assist our guests promptly and effectively. We understand that this experience was a low point in what was otherwise a fabulous trip, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your time in Bali.
