Family of 9 spanning 3 generations 10 day stay Beautiful well kempt surroundings Employ a large number of staff who remember you Very responsive to needs Rooms very nice & round the clock cleaning crews maintain standards. Main dining area excellent & with an interesting rotating menu covering every culture & dietary need. 3 pools with the infinity pool providing happy hour entertainment Medical centre with on call Dr. Very close to spas, shopping & bars Minor criticisms - none a deal breaker. ° Bar fridge leaked due to needing firmer seals ° Aircon has a lot of condensation on the wrong setting but work very well. ° Pool cocktails can vary in strength Verdict: Will definitely stay there again

Outstanding once again, the Pullman never disappoints. Incredible location, close to so many restaurants, bars, shops and the must visit WaterBom. 10 nights with a family group of ten ages 15 up to 82 and we all had an incredible time. The staff at the Pullman are so welcoming, friendly and kind. New attractions since our last visit is the small bites food van and nightly outdoor cinema, which is great for families. The food at the Pullman is excellent, breakfast buffet has so much choice, I will miss the pancake station! Christmas and New Years Eve was so much fun, the location across from the beach made it perfect to watch all the nightly fireworks, which have been going off since the 23rd December. Huge shout out once again to the most incredible staff member Haity, you are always so welcoming, kind and helpful, you are an asset to the Pullman and we can’t wait to see you on our next visit 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Hospitality and Outstanding Service We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach, mainly thanks to the exceptional hospitality from the team. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Joko, who was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. There was a very simple issue regarding an unpleasant smell in our initial room, which was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, the response was immediate and very professional. The team promptly offered us a replacement room, even allowing us to view and check the room first to ensure the smell was not an issue. In the end, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Suite room, which truly exceeded our expectations. This level of care, attention to detail, and genuine concern for guest comfort made our stay memorable. Thank you to Mr. Joko and the Pullman Legian team for such excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

First time staying at Pullman Bali Legian Beach. I visit Bali a lot and usually stay at other Accor hotels. Originally booked a suite which felt a bit old and outdated. Spoke to Dodi, the Hotel Manager, and he fixed it straight away by moving us to an Exclusive Family Room. No questions asked. Amazing service. He even came over at breakfast to check everything was good and organised a special mixed dragon fruit juice for us, which was delicious. Great rooftop pool and perfect location right near the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
