5성급 호텔답게 대부분의 모든것이 훌륭했습니다. 신혼여행중 발리의 뮬리아는 정말 좋은 기억으로 남게 됬습니다 호텔측에 감사드립니다 다만 호텔 방들의 입지가 그러하듯 실내가 벌레들의 유입에 매우 취약한것 같습니다 작은 벌레에도 놀라 기겁하는 아내는 벌레들때문에 신경이 많이 쓰인듯 했습니다 그리고 뮬리라의 3박의 조식을 모두 뷔페식을 먹었었는데 접시에서 물냄새가 심하게 나는것들이 종종 있어서 다른접시로 골라 다시 집거나 제가 다시 닦고 먹기도 했습니다 다시한번 친절한 직원분들과 세계에서 손꼽히는 호텔답게 평생 기억에 남을 추억을 주셔서 감사드립니다

아코르 골드 회원이라 오션뷰 룸으로 업글을 받았습니다 뷰는 좋았지만 샤워실 부스에 배수가 잘 되지않아 물이 계속 고여있었고 하수구 냄새가 심하게 났습니다 아침에 그 점에 대해 직원에게 컴플레인을 하자 미안해했고 공항 드랍서비스를 무료로 해주었습니다 직원들이 친절하고 서비스가 좋았고 위치가 좋지만 룸 컨디션이 만족스럽지않아 다음에 다시 숙박할것같지는 않습니다
