간혹 객실내부 습도가 너무 높다거나 소음이 심하다는 후기들을 봤는데, 워낙 넓고 객실이 많은 호텔이라 그런지 제가 묵었던 객실은 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 조식은 특히 과일들이 맛 있었고 호텔에서 일하시는 모든 직원들이 따듯하게 저희가족을 대해 주셨고 친절하였습니다. 특히 메인 레스토랑에서 만났던 Bells, Cahya, Seni 에게 다시 한번 고마움을 표현하고 싶습니다. 6세 아이가 너무 급하게 맛있게 먹어서 인지 갑작스럽게 구토를 할려고 하였는데 빠르게 구토봉투를 주어서 사고 없이 무난히 상황을 수습할 수 있었습니다.

꾸따 비치와 가깝고 주변에 상가가 많이 편리하였습니다, 그리고 룸이 4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓었으나 침구가 눅눅하고 옷걸이에 걸어둔 옷이 축축해지는 현상이 발생하였으며 룸에서 냄새가 많이 나서 불펀하였습니다.
