꾸따 비치와 가깝고 주변에 상가가 많이 편리하였습니다, 그리고 룸이 4인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓었으나 침구가 눅눅하고 옷걸이에 걸어둔 옷이 축축해지는 현상이 발생하였으며 룸에서 냄새가 많이 나서 불펀하였습니다.

1. 체크인 - 솔직히 조금 이른 체크인만 가능했어도 그렇게 아쉽지 않았을텐데, 오후 1:30에 호텔에 도착해서 체크인 요청했는데, 4시에 방에 들어갈수 있었음. 그것도 플래티늄 업그레이드가 하나도 안된 방으로.. 2. 웰컴 드링크 쿠폰이 앱에 활성화가 안되어 있어서 요청해서 받음. 3. 자전거 렌탈이 있어서 사용했는데, 4시간 사용하고 100k ++ 냈음. 망가진 자전거 내가 다 고쳐서 사용했는데, 무슨 오토바이 렌탈 보다도 비쌈. 4. 고객에게 뭔가 하나라도 더 해주려는게 아닌 더 받아야지.. 하는 느낌을 많이 받음. 5. 체크아웃 - 능숙하지 않은 로비 직원으로 인해, 3-4분이면 마칠 거를, 인보이스 요청하고 제대로 계산되었는지 확인하고, 포인트 사용하는거 체크하고, 20분정도 소요된거 같음. 낼 돈 다 내면서 대접받지 못하는 느낌이라 아쉬웠음. 6. 투숙중 업그레이드 요청을 했는데, (3명 투숙이라 엑스트라배드가 필요했음.) 씨뷰 요청했다가, 5단계 업그레이드라는 내용으로 얼토당토 않은 요청하지 마라는 민망함으로 들렸음. 7. 어코르에 충성하는 로열티 맴버인데, 레이트체크아웃 요청도 안하고 12시에 체크아웃 하고 나왔음.
