The pullman in legian has been an absolutely fantastic experience. Everything from the food, the staff, the facilities and cleanliness has been spot on. The pools are always clean as well as the grounds. Thankyou especially to Haity, Dipa, Depa, Seni, Febry and Ayu for looking after us. They remembered us from our previous visits and really looked after us. They were always smiling and friendly and their service was number one! We will always use the Pullman for our visits to Bali and highly recommend this hotel. Thanks guys!

The rooms and facilities were outdated. As a 5 star hotel, Breakfast did not have many choices for non spicy food eater. Many of the meats and even noodles were seasoned in Indian spices or black pepper, making it difficult for young children. My children were not happy with the food and facilities.

Our anniversary stay at Pullman Legian Bali was extremely disappointing. I was promised swan décor and a cake in advance, but none of it was prepared when we arrived. No one informed us that the room with the setup had been given to someone else. I only found out after entering a completely blank room and emailing the hotel, to which they replied that the room had been assigned to someone else because of some miscommunication. Instead of the promised cake, we received a pastry, and staff even called to ask if we still wanted the towel décor. Later, we found hair on the bed, and housekeeping had to change the sheets while we stood there, which raised major concerns about cleanliness and standards. We also booked spa sessions for both days, but the quality was far below what we expected. Overall, the experience mishandled every important detail and unfortunately ruined what should have been a special anniversary celebration.

Resort Review: Pullman Bali Legian Beach Our stay at Pullman Bali Legian was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth from the team made our holiday memorable. A special thank you to Ms. Anggita for all her support and help throughout our stay — she ensured everything was perfectly taken care of. The breakfast spread was superb, with a great variety including delicious Indian options, which we really appreciated. The rooms are big, clean, and spacious, offering the perfect comfort for families. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach, making it convenient for evening walks and sunsets. The resort is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of space and activities for children. We especially loved the rooftop swimming pool, which offers an amazing view and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Pullman Bali Legian is truly one of the best family-friendly resorts — highly recommended for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay in Bali.
