Our stay at Mercure, Legian was wonderful. The staff are all amazing and cannot do enough for you. Mira in the restaurant was lovely and always welcomed us with a big smile every morning. The one stand out thing was the hard working cleaners. Rooms were spotless. What impressed me most of all was on our last day I went to give a cleaner some money for doing a great job. He could have easily taken the money and thanked me, instead he asked my room number which was 134 and said he would take me to the person that was responsible for cleaning our room. He introduced me and I was able to thank him directly and hand him some money. I could not get over the honesty of this particular cleaner. I don’t know his name but I would appreciate it if you could thank the cleaners on our level as I think they deserve some accolades! Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay.

I chose Mercure due to my positive experiences with Accor hotels in other countries. The hotel is very well-located, the rooms are very clean, and the dinner buffet is outstanding, but the breakfast area needs some attention. I had the opportunity to speak with the hotel manager, who was very kind, professional, and customer-focused, and share my observations. He addressed all my concerns in a spectacular manner, and I'd like to sincerely thank him and his team.

Mercure Legian Bali has a very strategic location, right in the center of the city. It is easy to access many tourist attractions, shopping areas, and public facilities around Legian. The service was excellent, especially from Christina. She was very kind and helpful in assisting and hosting events such as meeting room arrangements. Christina explained everything clearly and in detail. Her service was very friendly and professional, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Great atmosphere, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the first floor is great and there’s a great spa at the hotel. For a good massage with fair pressure ask for Ayu at the spa—she’s really good at what she does.

일단 ... 로비가 너무 미끄러웠습니다 ㅠㅠ 비가 왔고 직원분들이 빠르게 대처해주시는 듯 했지만 여러번 미끄러질 뻔 했습니다 조식도 맛은 괜찮았으나 벌레가 워낙 많아서 그런지 잼 안에 몇 몇 벌레들이 들어가서 살려달라는 듯이 발버둥 치는것도... 많이 봤어요... 다른 것도 중요하지만 과일이나 잼에는 벌레들이 많이 돌아다니는거 보니 조금 신경써서 관리해주시는게 어떨까 싶은 생각이 들었습니다 ㅠㅠ 수영장 같은 경우는 1층은 아이들을 데리고 오시는 분들이 많아서 저희는 4층 이용했고 이 부분은 충분히 만족했습니다 ~! 특히 아무도 안계셔서 저희끼리만 시간을 보낼 수 있는 점들도 너무너무 만족했습니다 숙소의 경우 대부분 깨끗한 듯 했으나 화장실에서 꽤 많은 부분이 녹슨 것을 확인할 수 있었어요 저희는 샤워필터기를 가져가서 아예 바꿔서 사용했으나 기존의 것을 사용하기에는... 적지 않게 찝찝함이 느껴질 정도였습니다 ㅠㅠ 또한 샤워실 문을 닫고 샤워를 해도 밖으로 물이 다 튀어나가기 때문에 ...... 세면대 밑에 부분이 난리가 날 정도 였어욤 저희는 2박을 머물러서 하루 자고 밖에 투어 중에 방 청소를 해주셨는데 저희 물품을 함부로 만지셨더라구요 .. 보통 여쭤보시지 않나요 ㅠㅠ .... 저희 짐이 막 뒤죽 박죽 섞여 있는게 좀 화가 많이 났습니다 그래도 직원 분들은 전반적으로 친절하신 편이세요 아 그리고 쓰레기통은 전부 안비워져 있었어요

At the same time, we regret that issues in the bathroom, including rust, water leakage, and cleanliness under the sink, caused discomfort. These matters have been escalated to our engineering and housekeeping teams for improvement. We are also sorry to learn that your personal belongings were disturbed during room cleaning. Our team is trained to respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care, and we regret that this was not your experience.
