Dear Mr. Hwangbo M., Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We are truly sorry to hear about the slippery conditions in the lobby during the rainy weather. While our team acted quickly, we understand how unsettling this must have been, and we will continue to reinforce safety measures to prevent such situations. Regarding breakfast, we are very concerned by your comments about insects in the food area. This is certainly not acceptable and does not reflect our hygiene standards. Your feedback has been shared with our culinary and hygiene teams for immediate review and corrective action. We appreciate your positive remarks about the fourth-floor pool and are glad to hear that you were able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time there. At the same time, we regret that issues in the bathroom, including rust, water leakage, and cleanliness under the sink, caused discomfort. These matters have been escalated to our engineering and housekeeping teams for improvement. We are also sorry to learn that your personal belongings were disturbed during room cleaning. Our team is trained to respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care, and we regret that this was not your experience. Additionally, we apologize for the oversight regarding the trash bins not being emptied properly. Despite these shortcomings, we are grateful for your kind comment about our friendly staff.
