Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport hotel is literally a minute's walk from Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar International Airport) International Departures! So VERY convenient! The rooms are really nice and the staff friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement: 1. Have more than just DW International, AlJazeera & CNA News on your tv as I assume you would have a lot of international travellers. These "news" channels just repeat the same things ad nauseam. An entertainment channel or two in English would be appreciated 2. Appreciate your check-in time is 2pm - so make sure the rooms are ready by then. We checked in around 1 - 1:20pm, told our rooms would be 15 - 20 mins and it wasn't ready until 2:30pm. 3. The brand of tea in the rooms - really not nice :( 4. Would be nice if there were face cloths guests could use Other than that, we had a nice, relaxing 7 or so hours stay before our flight back home.

I have stayed at Novotel Bali airport many times since 2015 and the service is always exceptional. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable The service from Sri Wiyani in the premier lounge is always 5 star with a happy smile. I will always return to this hotel during my travels.
