We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We do regret for the condition of the room, bathroom, furniture, and the issue you experienced with the water quality. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after your expectation of staying in a renovated room. While we have been progressively refurbishing selected areas of the resort, we regret that your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to deliver.
