Traveling solo i was welcomed with genuine kindness. Aurora is a very good girl, she have made my check-in smooth and pleasant, and Frans was wonderful during check-out, friendly and attentive until the very last moment. And surprise he speak very good french 🇫🇷! But I especially want too highlight Arya from the Guest Experience team, who truly made my stay unforgettable. Arya has a beautiful smile, always present, and takes the time every day to sincerely ask how I am doing. Their kindness and warmth feel completely natural. this type of personalized, heartiest accor service is what truly a hotel apart. Because of Arya, I felt cared for, supported, and genuinely valued throughout my stay. the hotel Pullman Legian Beach is a beautiful hotel in a great location, good room for nice bed and hotel with they perfects pools that offers the ideal place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. But it is people like Arya, Aurora, Frans and all team who make the experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Very good pick up. Lovely location, it is close to everything you would require it. Yanik was very warm and welcoming. Excellent food. The staff helped with wverything we needed from start to end. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

i didn’t stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach, but i came for brunch and it was absolutely worth it, the location is beautiful, right across legian beach, so the atmosphere feels relaxed and refreshing the food was great, everything was tasty, fresh, and nicely presented, what really made the experience stand out was the service Citra from Guest Service was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. The F&B team Seni, Cahya, Eka, Sujani, Martini, and Angel also delivered excellent hospitality, they were sooo friendly, professional, and made the whole brunch experience feel extra special☺️🤍

This was my third time staying at the Pullman Legian, and honestly, a big reason I keep coming back is because of Asthati. She has a way of making you feel truly welcomed — not as a guest, but like family. From the moment I arrived, she remembered me, checked in on how I was doing, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. It’s the little things she does, and the genuine warmth she brings, that make such a huge difference. I can’t thank her enough for making this stay so special. I will definitely be back — and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding service she provides. Because of her, the hotel really feels like a home away from home. The hotel is best in Bali excellent service clean rooms beautiful breakfast lunch an dinner.Staff is very warm welcomes,especially Yudi,Suli,Anggonitha,Rimba, Dipa,Depa,Lidya, Haity, Seni,Depci, Cahua, Eka,Sari, Nadya ,Listia, Cahya,Rimba, Suli.These people names above was extremely friendly, helpful and respectful an made our stay a pleasure. There are an asset to Pullman resort,we stayed here in May for 1 week and now 2 weeks 6 months later.Looking forward to seeing there friendly warm welcomes next year.
