This hotel is true luxury! It has a fantastic location, amazing staff and top-notch facilities. The rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed the mineral pool and the complimentary afternoon sorbets! This is a place to indulge and relax!

Fabulous beachfront hotel, beautiful gardens and amenities - pools, spa, restaurant with fine dining and the best location in Palm Cove. The staff were lovely and very professional. Seafood platter is a must have at The Reef House!

Our third visit. I was celebrating my Birthday and everyone was so attentive. It’s a little piece of paradise. Amazing staff who cannot do enough for you. The food WOW consistency fabulous. Rooms wonderful and very clean Great value for money. We will be back next December already booked to celebrate my 60th Birthday and Christmas. Thank you Cedric and all the staff at Reef House.

What a breathtaking place to celebrate our honeymoon and take some time out for relaxation and rejuvenation. The service from the staff was of high class and the food at the restaurant was well curated. We will be back, definitely the perfect destination.

Thoroughly enjoyed my sister’s retreat at the Reef House. Warmly welcomed upon arrival with a brief tour of the accommodation. The staff were attentive, genuinely happy and helpful in organising a surprise Daintree/Cape Tribulation tour. The room suited our needs perfectly such as a super comfortable bed which enabled peaceful sleep. Enjoyed floating about the pool, a restful Spa treatment, delicious breakfasts and a superb seafood platter on our first night. A bit of luxury in the Tropical North.
