We are pleased to know that you found the service excellent, although we were regret for the inconvenience encountered in the room during your visit affected your experience. Please rest assured that our rooms are regularly checked by the Housekeeping team prior to each arrival to ensure they are properly prepared for our guests. Regular pest control inspections are also carried out not only within the rooms but throughout the surrounding areas. It is therefore unfortunate that these measures were not fully reflected in your experience. Your feedback has been taken seriously and shared with the relevant team for further review and action, as we always strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for our guests.
