Fantastic hotel with great service and staff. Our daily housekeeper Aśih was very friendly and always did a great job. We would highly recommend.

We ate at Kwee Zeen in the Sofitel beach resort Hotel in Nusa Dua. We were served by Ria who was very kind and courteous. Really helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal . Ria continued to check if we were ok and whether we wanted any other food

Matt and I had a lovely time at the Sofitel. The rooms were lovely and the staff were exceptional. Every single one greeted us with a genuine smile and a hello of some sort, when we so much as walked past. The resort was well appointed, extensive and very clean. We had the kind of room that comes with a butler and had 4 different butlers during our stay, Ayu, Edi, Robert and Hendrik. Most of our stay it was Ayu and Edi. We saw more of Ayu as she was our day butler. All were fantastic but special shoutout to Ayu and Edi for their friendly and efficient help - and especially to Ayu for her care. May in reception was also particularly helpful and lovely. Its not cheap but the expense was well worth it. Definitely recommend.

Gentle Yoga class on the beach

Azril was a very good yoga instructor, it was very peaceful class on the beach.
