Ria is a really nice waitress at the kweezen breakfast restaurant. She is very attentive and patient and cheerful. The food selection is amazing too they have indonesian and western and also a very extensive juice bar where you can choose your own fruits and veggies and they will cold press it for you.

First time in sofitel, have a chance to try the gym. Good experience, good assistant from Noviandani, great environment. The equipment function well and clean. They have steam and sauna as well. Will come back again next time and get assistant from Noviandani again.

Thank Subrata for very nice room cleaning, everything going well, room very nice, breakfast very tasty, massage amazing also We will come Bali next time asap But hotel need cleaning pools more accurately, sometimes pool can be dirty Cucina restorant amazing

Great yoga session overlooking the beach on the beautiful lush gardens. Very peaceful. Our yoga instructor Satria was very helpful and informative. Great for beginners to intermediate. A great way to start the day before enjoying the delicious breakfast

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, setting the perfect tone for the day. The multiple pools were a fantastic feature, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The highlight of my stay, however, was the photoshoot with Dream Studio Bali. The photographer was not only talented but also very kind, making the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. The photos turned out amazing, capturing the essence of my trip perfectly. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality, amenities, and the unforgettable photos!
