The whole experience was exceptional; staff were very accommodating and polite and went out of their way to make sure one was satisfied. The dining area was exceptionally clean with a good selection of food to meet all tastes. Housekeeping would arrive within 5 minutes after a call to report a minor problem with the airconditioner

We have enjoyed 5 days of bliss. Multiple spa treatments. Special thanks to Ayu for magnificent Facials, hair treatment and magical massage. Bar staff for making sure we were looked after both at the bar and poolside. The gardening team for making the resort feel like a wonderland.

Beautiful stay with my lovely one

I stay for my wedding anniversary and short holiday with my husband, we like it so much . The hotel is welcoming us with honeymoon decoration flower on the bed and the staff was very friendly when we arrived for check in and congrats us for our wedding anniversary. For the first impression we already feel welcome and we enjoy our stay , we join the balinese buffet dinner at the restaurant which is very yummy , they also have balinese dance performance that is very nice to see and entertaint. And the hotel also have activities for the guest. We join the morning streching yoga in the morning at 8 am and continue with aquarobic at the swimming pool. Thank you Novotel for making a good memories for us.

Friendly Staff and Strategic Hotel

The hotel is very strategic surrounding with restaurants and supermarket,the hotel also have a back access to the street that close to local markets and small restaurants to eat behind the Hotel and from the front gate near by the lobby shuttle to Bali Collection also come pass by every hour. Devi at the front desk is very friendly and she always greet us by name whenever she saw us walking pass the lobby and we feel very welcome. Overall we have good stay and next time when we come to bali we will definitely stay in Novotel Bali Nusa Dua
