My partner and I have been staying at the Novotel Nusa Dua each year, for about 7 years. I came by myself this time, with my partner joining me later. I am very confident and feel safe at this hotel. There are many close restaurants and services, as well as great dining, pool etc at the hotel. I also highly recommend the spa. I usually come to the spa most days and the team are friendly and professionally trained and very caring. This week I have had a treatment from Krisna and Pira and I feel so relaxed and worry free! The spa is the best thing about the hotel for me. It’s such a great atmosphere and the team ensure guests are comfortable and leave Bali refreshed and happy!

All the places in this place is perfect. The treatment from the staff here is wonderful, Indra and Grace from front office helped me a lot while i stayed at Novotel. The spa and beach club are relaxing. The food and beverage in the restaurant and the bar are unforgettable. What a nice hotel to stay!

This is a great resort. Close to everything (walking distance). Great buffet breakfast with everything you could imagine. What sets it apart are the excellent staff, they are so friendly and accomodating to your every wish, particularly one staff member in the bar/pool section Yuka. He remembered our names every day and was happy to have a chat! Yuka is an exemplary employee, you should be proud of him!

a very beautiful resort hotel, I had a lot of fun with the hotel activites especially the morning walk. I also love the staff especially the team in Guest Exprrience desk Fenny and Grace, the trainee Indra is also learning a lot and very friendly.

Novotel have a spacious area for the garden, pool, beachclub and restaurant. even we booked the standard room , the room was very big different like the other hotel. location is strategic close to restaurant and bali collection. very easy to find a local market. We like the staff (Grace, Indra and Fenny)
