The best thing about this Hotel is it's staff.... However, the hotel itself is clean but is over 20yrs old. They don't provide any toothbrush or toothpaste etc unless you ask for it. ... Tea & coffee is very limited.... Despite complaining about having ants in our room that crawled all over our phones & laptops whilst charging on the desk, nothing was done about it. Another annoying thing was recycling meals, serving leftovers in their buffet over & over again....Breakfast however was always great. In the seven days we stayed there, their a la carte menu ( that you have no choice but to order from on some days for lunch & dinner ) never changed once...the same meals on offer over & over again. Also, this Hotel is not beachfront, so if you're thinking of taking a walk on the beach after dinner, forget it. We are Accor members, but because we booked this accomodation through a travel website, they would not add our Accor membership number to the booking which we were very disappointed with.... we will look for other accommodation should we decide to visit Bali again.

Best hotel I have been to for long time, everything has been designed for quests comfort. Room clean ,bed really comfy. Food is like we have at home . Staff are all amazing . Will b goin back

Family friendly great kids club

Really lovely resort, family friendly and good food. My daughter had a particularly wonderful time making friends and playing with the kids club staff. Dikki was a wonderful tower builder, Evi and Ani hosted fun and enjoyable craft each day. Thanks again

Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable 12 night stay at the Novotel Nusa Dua. It is just 7 minutes' walk to the beach club that has all you need the rooms a spacious, but internet is way too slow To the pool bar staff who ensured that we had everything we needed, big thank you Special thanks to - Yuka, Resting, Rain, Ariadana, Liam, Sintya, Angie and all the wonderful staff at Gourmet Bar looked after us with such warmth and professionalism To the crew at the Square restaurant, thanks. As for a room cleaners, well… could have been better we booked 2 rooms. 1 had a problem with a balcony door, and the other had a few problems, especially with a smell, so the room was changed Thanks to unbalance spa staff, Rina and Ayw for your care, wonderful work Overall we did enjoy our holiday and would come again in the future

Paradise in Nusa Dua

We recently dropped into the beautiful Novotel Nusa Dua, whilst in town on a cruise ship. We were so pleased to be greeted by long term staff who we hadn’t seen for 6 years……..yes we felt the love ❤️ A big thanks to BoBo (Recreation Department) for making us feel so welcome along with Nanik (Gym) and Ayu (Gift shop), sorry we missed Gede & Puja (Gym). We are looking forward to returning in October 2026 to experience the serenity and staff at this beautiful hotel.
