Good afternoon from Italy, we are so glad to write this feedback because we enjoyed like a home, we stayed here continuously 5th time and it’s always more than our expectation that we enjoyed. The staff is so friendly and courteous especially Johanathan, Modestas and Tatiana as well the asian guy on reception too Who are serving there hospitality more than everything as well the Bartenders are so generous and helpful, we will highly recommend this place to everyone and we ll be back soon, many thanx to everyone and ciao from Italy..🙏🙏

Fantastic location, great little room, everything you need for a nice stay. Staff are absolutely lovely, from reception to the bar. Nothing too much trouble. Very nice stay and good value.

Fabulous little hotel with loads of character. Room quite small but fine for one or two nights stay. Great location, right in centre, short walk from station. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice - much better choice than many large grand hotels.

Lovely Hotel on St Andrews Square

Booked in for one night as I was seeing a show at the Playhouse. Conveniently located on St Andrews Square, a little under ten minute walk from Waverley Train Station this hotel is central for Edinburgh New Town. On check-in I was told I had been given an upgrade to the sixth floor with a balcony (603) Given the drizzly weather I guessed I wouldn’t be sitting out on balcony, but an upgrade is a bonus. The room was across from the lift but I didn’t hear a thing. One of the lifts out of the two wasn’t working so it took some time for me to get to the sixth floor. Despite this, the room was very lovely and the views were wonderful. I could see to the Firth of the Forth, Calton Hill and St Andrews Square. The bed was big and comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The decor of the room was modern and really nice. The shower was big and the Arran shower gel/shampoo/hand-wash etc smelt lovely. I was given a box of short-bread which I thought was a lovely touch. The bar was welcoming and I had a voucher for a complimentary drink which was again, such a nice thing to do. Breakfast is included in the price and is a continental style with a few local delicacies included like haggis and porridge. The staff are friendly and on watching them operate could see they would go all out for their guests. I really liked this hotel and would happily stay here again.
