We stayed at Novotel Edinburgh Park with our family to celebrate New Year, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every member of staff was consistently friendly, approachable, and professional, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection and very good quality, making it a real highlight each morning. A special mention goes to Marco, whose outstanding service, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Good option for Edinburgh right next to the tram stop

We enjoyed a 2 night family stay, the staff were great, breakfast was really good and the pool was good, extra charge for parking but at £8 a day it’s no big deal, great location for jumping on the tram, option to buy in room movies for families like ours with a young kid would be great going forward as your options for going out are limited with young kids, all in all a really good option and at the right price point we’d definitely happily return

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The executive room was spacious and modern with a comfy bed and nice towels and toiletries. There was also a coffee machine and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and professional. Adjacent to Edinburgh Park station, with frequent trains into Waverley which takes 10 minutes and costs £4 return. The only drawback was the cost of parking, but you get a discount if you are a member of Accor. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and room was perfect. We had an executive suite which had a balcony. Room was great size had slippers and robes, toiletries and a fridge with water and milk. There is also an iron, coffee pod machine and hairdryer. Flat screen tv is massive. Paid for breakfast and was not disappointed with the quality and choice. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Having to pay for parking is a let down, but you can get discount at reception. Tram stop into centre is 2mins walk from hotel and will get you there quicker/cheaper than uber as we found out. Will definitely be back.
