The room was amazing, size, view. The restaurant from 38th floor, breathtaking. Also the staff at the breakfast were so welcoming and supporting. Alina is a great manager. There is a small area of spa, fitness and pool. Also options for lunch or dinner.

Sena Barbra and her team were just fabulous for breakfast. Polite and attentive staff. Fresh delicious food and lovely clean setting. Thanks so much for a wonderful breakfast and start to our day. We would recommend breakfast at the hotel resident or none resident.

Loved this hotel. Good value and stunning rooftop bar and fab cocktails with a great singer on a Friday night. Might be worth booking the bar and asking for a window table. Our exec room with river view was great and with an amazing view to wake up to with Tower Bridge, Shard, London Eye clearly in the distance on a sunny March Saturday. Canary Wharf area is well worth a visit for food choices too. I recommend it.

My husband booked this hotel for 2 nights for my birthday. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here usually staying in one of the executive suites. I have to say this hotel has LOST a lot of it's quality and now just seems OVERPRICED. When we first stayed here it was one of the best experiences we had. They brought your bags to your room, the room was clean and decorated well and you could have your breakfast in your room if you chose to. The beds were so comfortable it was amazing. BUT NOW - beds are so uncomfortable, you have to pay seperate for everything. When you call house keeping no one answers. On first arrival our bins were full from previous guests and it's not as clean. The hotel needs updating and more care and attention needs to be paid to your customer service and experience. We won't be returning!

We are replacing all of the mattresses in April, earlier than a life span of the mattress quality we have but I will ask my Housekeeper to check the Executive suites in case there is another issue. In my personal opinion you're paying for the location and not for very much else. The staff at check in were very lovely and allowed me to store my bags as I had arrived early. I booked the city view room and i wasn't disappointed with the view at all, but was also met with stains on the carpet and a slow draining sink. I was very surprised to find out that the rooms don't come with robes or slippers unless you pay extra (£15) or have booked a suite. I booked this hotel because I had heard their wellness facilities were wonderful, however I was not impressed. There were only 3 pool chairs which get taken up quickly and the sauna just felt like a warm room, not sauna vibes at all. Overall its a good location and a wonderful view if you pay extra, but most definitely overhyped when it comes to facilities and amenities.

Thank you for your review and I am sad we under whelmed you. I do hope you advised us of the issues you highlighted as we would have tried our best to fix the slow draining sink. We are currently starting a program to replace the carpets that despite having them professionally cleaned numerous times some stains that guests leave behind just do not come out but I can assure you that they are clean. The sauna is a saunarium so it is a mix of a steam room and a sauna and this is explained in our wellness area. I am sorry it was busy when you arrived, it is popular.
