I have stayed at a few Novotel's but this was by far my Favourite, Rado Checked us in, and what a delightful man he was, had us smiling from the get go. Then the hotel room itself!! Clean, comfy and a lovely Anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room which just put the finishing touch on our stay. We then spent a lovely meal and evening around the Canary Wharf area, followed by a stop by the Bōkan 38 bar, and all though it was very packed, they managed to find us a place to sit to have a celebratory drink, and the views was just breath taking. Our nights sleep was so comfy we ended up sleeping in and unfortunately didn't get to experience breakfast, but there is always next time. Again a lovely Anniversary stay with a feeling of home away from home.

The view is one of the best London has to offer especially at night. Rooms are very modern and very clean which makes you easily relax and unwind. The whole hotel on every floor even in the lifts has an amazing smell id love to know what they use! The staff are amazing and attentive. Also it’s worth dropping an email to see what they can do on your special day as they did not disappoint! 10/10

We had the opportunity to try a new hotel option 🛏️ Superior Double with City View from 10 to 5 pm. Super cool experience. We took advantage of the time to use the swimming pool and sauna. Hotek has a great cafe with very good coffee In addition to relaxing in the room, we also took advantage of the restaurant on the 38th floor. The view is amazing and the food is simply delicious. We chose 3 dishes from the bottomless brunch. I think this is a great option for celebrating a birthday or wedding anniversary

Before my stay I sent an email to the Hotel management as I was keen on getting a room with a spectacular view and briefly mentioned it was going to be my birthday. AND A SPECTACULAR VIEW I GOT! As well as a lovely birthday card, bar of chocolate, small bottle of prosecco and balloons in my room on arrival! It really did make me feel welcome and brought a big smile to my face when I entered the room! Very clean and breakfast in the morning was delicious!
